Everything is 👍 room is clean, the service has been outstanding. The view is nice

Was not pleased with my stay whats so ever got lied to and ended up paying way more than what I was told

The room was clean but needed a DEEP cleaning of the rugs and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cold and hot cereal yogurt, and fruit with bagels and muffins. The only problem is that we needed sugar free syrup for the waffles and sugar free jelly.

Photos online do not reflect the condition of the hotel, from the outside it looks run down , the inside is slightly better but dated. When we first got to our room it was absolutely freezing the heat was completely shut off. The room took awhile to warm up , but eventually did. Paid for a king suite, since it had a hot tub in it. We werent able to use it as it looked stained and didnt appear to be clean. The room cleanliness was incredibly questionable, but we were tired and did not feel like searching the area for another room since we had already paid. I will not book a room here in the future.

The entire staff @ this location was so friendly and accommodating. Very clean room. The bed was so comfortable. It was a pleasure.

Hotel and room were clean. The hot tub *is* bigger than most we've experienced; easy to use and we both fit in it (a plus at our age!). Pool and area around it was clean and bright. The key cards worked every time (we've stayed at places where they don't)! The owners/staff are young and energetic. We would stay here again.

This room was filthy. There were panties and a plastic rose left in our room that we hadn't noticed the night of check in. My husband and I got back to the room after dinner and drinks and crashed. Then waking up this morning I notice waded up panties in the back corner and under the blankets after they were moved there is a plastic red rose laying on the floor. Makes me wonder if they just made the bed and left after the last guest stay. Notifying the clerk, he didn't care at all. No apologies in fact he blatantly called my husband a liar after complaining.

We stayed at a Wyndham outside of Flint and it was horrible, this Wyndham was super nice, very clean and friendly.

I'll just call my stay "adequate". Front desk experience was fine, courteous and quick. Parking was a little inconvenient. There were no luggage carts. Room was spacious and comfortable however, sorely in need of a remodel. Carpet was stained, previous repairs of towel rack & (flimsy) shower curtain rod were sketchy and shabby workmanship with spackling. Climate control was good. Could not connect to WiFi - was too tired to figure out why not. I used the password in the guidebook and the Baymount network with no success. The TV was way too small. Was nice to have refrig & microwave in the room, would have been nice if front desk sold microwave foods & snacks. I am glad I only needed a place for the one night due to work being done on my house. Like I said, it was "adequate" but next time I think I'd spend the extra $20 and stay next door.

room was clean. TV was not hooked up. Phone was not plugged in. had to walk to front desk to get help.

This hotel is in awful shape. There were bugs crawling in the bed, blood stains on the curtains, the chair was very stained and the carpets were in rough shape as well. The jacuzzi in the room was missing jets and you could tell it hasn’t been properly maintained. We also had an incident take place that was not properly handled. The employees were very unprofessional.

I like staying at Baymont when we go to Indiana it’s a good hotel and their prices are decent. Comfy beds. Good size rooms. There’s a few minor things that could be a little cleaner but nothing that makes me not want to stay there. I always tell anyone that goes to Indiana to stay at the Baymont! We stay there every time we go as long as there’s rooms available!

A few things were looking a little old. But good service. Breakfast could have been available longer!

It was great had to leave earlier I got called into work I wasn't able to stay the whole time. But I was great the time I had.
