白鹿 - 安多弗馬斯頓旅館(White Hart, Andover by Marston's Inns)

A rundown hotel where no one cares. Rooms were dirty, bath panel broken (literally in 2 pieces) toilet leaking, split in the wardrobe. Hotel desperately needs lot of investment

Dated hotel but pleasantly surprised with condition of room. Breakfast was excellent and would definitely stay again.

I travel on business most weeks and normally had been staying in Premier Inn‘s and Travelodge. During and after Covid I decided to use smaller and independent hotels and B&Bs for my size to try and help the industry. Looking at the photos White Hart Hotel Seemed a well priced and well situated option. On arrival I checked in no problem and got my key’s, I headed to the room up a maze of stairs and found my room on the top floor, opening the door I found a very tired and dated room that look nothing like the photos the room was dark and not very clean the windows secondary glazing with mould growing on the frame and glass the carpets were stained and the bed didn’t fit against the wall as there is a recess so during the night pillows kept falling down the gap in the bathroom the toilet was cracked the seat is loose and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Thinking It’s only for two nights I settled in and decided to have a bath having run the bath you had to keep the tap running because the push down plug leaked and the water ran out as fast as you could put it in. So down to the restaurant for a meal not great but ok, back to the room where you could hear loud music playing until midnight and then woken up at 6 am buy the beer being delivered and the barrels dropped onto the street outside overall I was very disappointed and will not be staying at the White Hart in future however I will still try to give the independent Hotels my trade.

The heating is turned on full.... we can't switch it off. A fan has been provided to vent the heat out of an open window.... seriously!!! The open window is facing a main road.... what more can i say!

Great friendly team, place is quirky but rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, grear choice and good quality. All in all I would recommend and will stay again. Free parking is a bonus.

We needed a cheap overnight stop whilst going out to visit friends. The White Hart is in a perfect locatikn for Andover town centre. Fantastic value. Overall would benefit from a refurb but looking at the proce we paid it was absolutely perfect.

We generally had an enjoyable stay at the White Hart. It's great value for money and the breakfast was nice both mornings. The reception staff and evening bar staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Leaking guttering meant water poured out onto flat roof keeping me awake for a few hours.The next night I was awoken by a drunk guest banging on my door at 5am. (not hotels fault clearly) That aside all staff helpful & even sorted breakfast for us early Sunday morning before the scheduled time which was really appreciated.
