Nice please I’ll go back

First they charged us a $50 deposit at checkin even though we prepaid. I understand holding the credit card for incidentals during the stay but this was a $50 deposit they said we would get back in 3-5 business days after checkout. I have photos i would be happy to share. It was filthy and honestly we probably would have been better off to just sleep in our car and probably should have. We don’t need fancy but we do EXPECT clean! The shower curtain has evidently NEVER been washed or replaced - the large stains on it were horrifying and tub was dirty dirty dirty. We arrived late and were exhausted after driving all day but if we could turn back the clock we would have not just walked out of there but ran! Also it wasn't disclosed that they are under construction. Didn't even bother with the free breakfast we were due because it was being served out of one of the hotel rooms-how is that even legal? Also there was no elevator which was not disclosed - we both have knee and back issues and had to drag our luggage up 2 landings of stairs. It was a crap stay all the way around. Will NEVER stay at a Ramada or Wyndham hotel again!!!! *******s quality rating was 4.2 out 5 - as filthy as the room was theres no way that rating could even remotely be correct. At check in when we questioned why the additinal $50 deposit charge wasn't disclosed on our prepaid receipt they rudely told us that was our own fault for not booking directly through them and using *******. Have photos if you care.

We did not feel safe at this property at all. Currently under construction in the lobby. The rooms are very dated (old furniture, phone from thr 80s), uncomfortable beds, bathroom very old, looks to be newer carpet maybe. Hallways smell of cigarette smoke. Front desk was not helpful or really pleasant. Problems with wifi. Not worth saving the extra $$ compared to other places for an extra $30.

They pulled a room switch on us- charged us the same rate and charged us 50 for incidentials- that we never used. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, the place was being remodeled, so no breakfast as advertised- and when we did get a room it was dusty and musty- if we weren't so tired, we would have left. everything messy AND NO ELEVATOR!

Clerk was rude when insisting that she had to charge a deposit on the room to cover damages. Once in the room we found that the appliances were inoperable and the desk chair was broken. The paint was flaking in the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling in the bedroom and was wet from an overnight rainstorm.

The good news is they are working on updating some things. The bad news is this hotel is old and tired. The carpet throughout is filthy and the bed was hard as a rock. I am glad this was a one night stay and I was only there for around 8 hours.

Pésimas instalaciones no hubo agua caliente durante la estancia. La taza del baño se movía, el agua de la regadera y lavamanos salía café y con tierra. Nos bañamos con agua helada. Muy mal todo.

Would have been a positive review but for some reason these freaks decided it was a good idea to vacuum the entire hallway at 4AM. The bed was also pretty blown out. I'd have gotten better sleep had I simply driven home.
