薩勒夫酒店(Garten - Hotel Sallerhof)

Ho trascorso in questo albergo il ponte del 25 aprile, dal 23 al 26 aprile. L'albergo si trova a Grodig, vicino Salisburgo ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale di Salisburgo con gli autobus delle linee 5 e 25. L'albergo è molto curato, con camere molto pulite e ampio giardino esterno. Il personale è gentilissimo e pronto a dare qualsiasi informazione gli si chieda e il proprietario parla anche un po' di italiano. Colazione molto ricca e abbondante, con prodotti biologici e prevalenza del salato sul dolce come da tradizione austriaca. Lo consiglio assolutamente se cercate un ottimo albergo nelle vicinanze di Salisburgo.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang, man fühlt sich sofort wohl, sauberes, großes Zimmer, reichhaltiges, regionales Frühstück, ruhige Lage, Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung nach Salzburg in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir kommen wieder.

de style chalet, l'hôtel 4* me parait un peu surclassé. Pas de réception en permanence, chambre très vieillotte, salle d'eau pas mieux. Le positif, grande chambre avec balcon et bon petit déjeuner. Photo un peu trompeuse, l'hôtel est en plein village mais à voir la photo il n'y a que de la verdure!

Wir fahren jedes Jahr zu Verwandtenbesuchen von der Schweiz nach Salzburg. In den letzten Jahren gab es in den 4-Stern oder 5-Stern Hotels in Salzburg nur Ärger, Frust und Enttäuschungen: inkompetentes, unfreundliches Personal, kein Parkplatz, unpraktische Zimmer, heisse Zimmer, schmutziges Besteck, mässiges Frühstück… Deshalb haben wir uns dieses Jahr ein Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Salzburg gesucht und wurden im Gartenhotel Sallerhof fündig. Das Hotel ist sowohl von der Stadt Salzburg wie von der Autobahn sehr gut zu erreichen und es hat genügend eigene Parkplätze abseits der Durchgangsstrasse. Man merkt auf Schritt und Tritt, dass es ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen ist. Es ist sehr hübsch und ausgesprochen gepflegt. Alle Räume sind lieblich und mit bemerkenswertem Geschmack dekoriert, blitzblank sauber, alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und funktionell, alles farblich perfekt abgestimmt – ein Augenschmaus für Ästheten. Die Zimmer haben recht grosse Balkone mit Blick in den schönen Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück ist wunderschön und vielfältig aufbereitet und man wird sehr aufmerksam bedient. Schade, dass wir dieses perfekte, liebenswürdige Gartenhotel erst jetzt gefunden haben!

My husband and I have been to Salzburg four times over the past 17 years, and each time, we have made Hotel Sallerhof our homebase for exploring the area. This time, we brought our two teenagers along. Every time we've come, Klaus and his wife Barbara have made some type of improvements to the hotel. They are very focused on making their guests comfortable and offer extra services to make travel more convenient. Their attention to thoughtful details make their guests feel welcome and special. I truly believe they care about their guests and want to provide the best possible experience. Simply put, we love staying there and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! Some of the additions that were made to the facility since our last stay in 2016 were really appreciated - small refrigerators in the rooms to keep drinks cold, screens in the doorways to the rooms' outside seating areas (to let fresh air in, but keep the mosquitoes out), and we really appreciated the air conditioning that was provided! It was unusually hot during our visit and it was so nice to have a cool room to come back to and made it especially comfortable for sleeping at night. We always appreciate the laundry service, the ability to purchase bus tickets and Salzburg cards right at the hotel, and their breakfasts are so fresh and beautiful! The new coffee machine was a nice addition too! We highly recommend staying at Hotel Sallerhof!

Belle région pour la marche . L’hôtel est très bien placé , arrêt de bus juste à côté de l’hôtel . Le personnel est très sympathique . Petit déjeuner bon et varié dans une jolie véranda . Très calme .

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer mit Balkon, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so wie auch das ganze Hotel. Perfekt sauber! Das Frühstücksbuffet mit ausgezeichneten biologischen und regionalen Produkten bietet für jeden etwas und man bemüht sich auch, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Familie und die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Man erreicht das Hotel von Salzburg aus ganz einfach mit zwei öffentlichen Buslinien, die Haltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses. Die schöne, ruhige Lage und der ausgezeichnete Gesamteindruck sind die Busstrecke wert.

Bel hôtel, cadre agréable, au calme tout en étant proche de Salzbourg. Petit déjeuner excellent. Par contre …· L'accueil du personnel a franchement gâché tout ce charme. La chambre dont nous avons reçu la clé à notre arrivée (très belle, avec une vue superbe sur la montagne), n'était pas la bonne. Le réceptionniste s'en est rendu compte par hasard, plus d’une heure après notre installation, lorsque nous sommes descendus pour demander une serviette supplémentaire. Nous avons été priés de refaire nos bagages immédiatement et de les transporte, nous-mêmes dans une autre chambre, nettement moins belle évidemment, avec vue sur le parking. Aucun mot d'excuse (hormis un gros mot en allemand, adressé à lui-même, je l’espère). Aucun geste d'excuse non plus (on aurait pu imaginer une bouteille de vin local, ou des chocolats, que sais-je). Le réceptionniste était uniquement préoccupé par la recherche d'une femme de chambre qui puisse remplacer les serviettes de bain utilisées et remettre tout en ordre. A 62 ans, j’ai ainsi découvert l’expérience du downgrading. Je comprends que, dans la mesure où l’hôtel était complet, l’erreur d’affectation de chambre posait problème. Je ne comprends pas et n’admets pas en revanche que l’on manque d’un minimum de politesse, d’amabilité, de courtoisie et de réactivité en pareil cas. Je tiens à préciser que le réceptionniste avait plus de 50 ans et n’était manifestement ni étudiant ni stagiaire ni occasionnel. Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles dont le prix n'est pas donné, on est en droit d’attendre plus de professionnalisme.

Everything was exceptional. The room was lovely - modern yet cozy. Excellent quality throughout. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Even though it was cool and rainy outside, the blankets provided allowed us to enjoy the view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The bus connections to Salzburg are easy.
