I liked everything about the property itself, but I can’t say the same for the staff. It seems that some staff are not very knowledgeable or give different answers to certain people. when I first checked in on Fri I specifically asked for a late check out for the day that I would be checking which was on Sun. because my Amtrak train was leaving late The staff told me I could not do late check out, but I spoke to several other guest that was able to do a late check out, I was not happy with that.
The next thing I was not happy about was the ice on my floor was broken so I could not get any ice. The third thing I was upset about is when I came in on my second night I got a cookie from the front desk and I asked if you guys had any ice cream The restaurant had just closed the staff at the front desk told me if I went to the bar next they should be able to still go in the kitchen and get me some vanilla ice cream. I was told that since the kitchen had closed 10 minutes earlier. I could not get a scoop of vanilla ice cream that I was willing to pay for. And I also don’t understand why everyone else that was a wedding parties had a voucher for breakfast, but I was not given a voucher for breakfast. I paid for breakfast out of pocket.
