The entry is unfinished, the bedroom had an empty pop bottle on the floor and food, the table on the balcony had the old food on it. The location is great in the middle of Kerrytown very central and an easy walk to University of Michigan central campus. There are two parking structure within a block.

Upon Arriving the place lacked on cleanliness. The shower drain was filled with hair from the previous stay, there was no soap in the shower dispenser, and the closet door was broken. when I reached out to them, they wouldn't grant me any type of refund because it was after I had left when I reached out to me even though I provided pictures. I did not feel like a valued guest especially after I had to unclog the drain myself in order to shower.

This place was excellent for our visit. We were able to walk to the stadium without any problem. We had local shops and restaurants within walking distance to our place. It was excellent and would definitely make a repeat visit. The staff was responsive when we had an issue. They remained in communication with us until the issue was resolved. Thank you for a great stay. The snow was an extra bonus.

This is not a hotel. There was no maintenance personnel available. The heat did not work. I talked to someone on the phone who was very nice but unable to help me. Told me she could maybe get someone there the following morning. I ultimately downloaded the heating equipment manual and fixed it my self. Also the check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10:30am is inconvenient. The locks automatically turn on/off at that time.

First of all, you should be clear that this is a sort of apartment rental and not a hotel - there are no on-site employees at all, and no housekeeping. There's a lot to like about the property, which is why I returned for a second stay: incredible location, clean, full kitchen and washer/dryer (for those who wish to have them), excellent TV and internet, very responsive assistants (by email or phone). But I think your experience is kind of luck of the draw, depending which room you get. This time we were first given a room that had a full-size (not queen) bed tucked into a corner that would have required one of us to climb over the other, and to sit on the bed to reach the rod where we would hang our clothes. We complained, and they immediately moved us to another room, which was better, but still problematic. The bed was in the kitchen area (already weird) and had neither head board nor wall behind it, so our pillows kept falling into the window well. The bathroom light was on a timer and went out several times while we were in the shower. The paint on the walls was peeling in several places, likely the result of a painting that had been removed. All in all an acceptable experience, especially the fantastic location, but not one we will likely repeat.

The location was amazing. The size of the studio was a plus. The unit floor wasn’t terribly clean and there was a lot of noise in the building both nights I was there. I wore earplugs and used a white noise app on my phone but still had trouble sleeping.

After a 12 hour drive we arrived at the front door. The code did not work, 20 minutes later we were able to get in the building. We open the room door and we found left over food on the table and in the fridge. Bothe beds with dirty and used towels on the bathroom floor. They asked us to stay in the filthy room for the night. We said no. They expected us to find another place for the night and return the next day! We asked for a full refund. The guy in the fund said it was not a problem. When we call for our refund they only gave us half. We paid for 2 days still waiting for the second half of the refund. Be aware. This place does not have any concerns for their guest.

Property had entire 5th floor hallways repainted right at the time of our stay. Entire floor was taped with plastic from ceiling to the floor and painters had to remove tape so we can get in our room. Smell of paint was horrible! Painters were wearing heavy duty respirators property management were expecting us to live on the floor?! Apartment had only two windows you can open and just a little bit so it did not help to ventilate. Smell made us sick and we had to to check out in the morning and we could not stay throughout entire booked stay…
