波因特普萊森特度假村(Point Pleasant Resort)

La casa è molto carina e funzionale. Tuttavia bene sapere che nell'isola ci sono frequenti black out. A noi è capitato la sera prima della nostra partenza e l'indomani mattina alle ore 13.00 quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura ancora non era tornata. Nulla di grave, ma ovviamente non vi era possibilità di fare doccia con acqua calda o banalmente cucinare un caffè. Il personale ad ogni modo è stato molto solerte e disponibile nel venirci incontro

My husband and I chose this hotel for my birthday trip, and the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view. However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place, which didn’t meet our expectations. Despite being promised VIP access, we didn’t receive the associated benefits during our stay. The room appeared outdated and could have used some renovation, and the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us, which made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the food at Sun and Sea restaurant was fantastic, leaving us with a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to explore all the restaurants available at the hotel due to time constraints. Despite the room not living up to our expectations, the stunning ocean view and the warm hospitality of the staff still made our stay relatively pleasant.

This is a quaint and delightful place to stay. The views are incredible, the staff friendly and the food in the Sun & Sea cafe amazing. If you’re not into fancy and expensive, this is the perfect place for you.

Loved the location and the views. It is obviously an older resort, but has been well maintained. Was really comfortable and I liked that there were restaurants on the premises.

Very nice Property with 3 pool options. Restaurants near by also. The staff was very friendly and willing to help anyway they could. Very pleasing stay…

Nice resort. Views were amazing! Lots of walking up and down hill but they have stairs and shuttles. Pools were clean, we did not get to eat at Ocean 180 but the Sun and Sea was delicious at the resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Property is clean, staff very friendly. Very hilly, not for those who have trouble with stairs. Shuttles available to get around the property. Room had everything we needed. Rustic island feel yet all the amenities. Highly recommend.

The property was very nice but because we whacked as the desk was closing, we had trouble getting into our room as no one seemed to have the code for the electronic lock to our room door. It took a 1/2 hour and 3 people to finally get it. The safe in the room was locked, which is unusual as the door should’ve been open. Again, it took several personnel to get it opened and then - no instruction as to how to set it. The property is very nice, quiet, and the pools were pretty quiet. Not a lot of chairs around them, but didn’t have trouble getting one. I really wanted to kayak, but the water sports area was under renovation (no notice of this) so that was really annoying. We discovered a small path down to a beach that led us to Margaritaville next door, and ended up eating there for dinner a couple of times. The property is very hilly, a great cardio workout and fun to explore. There’s a shuttle service if you need help getting around.

Point Pleasant is a beautiful place to stay. The views are extraordinary. The staff friendly and courteous. We’ve been going here for quite some time and are looking forward to going again…and again….and again!
