安提瓜美好酒店(Good Hotel Antigua)

We had such a beautiful stay at The Good Hotel in Antigua. Such a unique and beautiful hotel. It's very convenient to restaurants (Saul's is excellent and right next door), and most of the touristy places around Antigua. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, shout out to Christian for being super helpful whenever we needed something. Plus this hotel has a wonderful mission and supports the local community. A .

La verdad para las 4 estrellas que dicen tener pues no las tienen, creo que el hotel esta demasiado caro para lo que ofrece, las habitaciones incomodas, no hay donde poner las cosas, muy sencillas, el escritorio para poder sent**** uno de lo mas pésimo, mesas de noche unos banquitos de los mas pésimos, almohadas de mala calidad, la limpieza de la habitación da mucho que desear, mucho ruido se escucha todo lo que hablan los de las habitaciones vecinas, el lobby super sucio, se ve que ni limpieza hacen, NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE HOTEL mejor busquen otros hay de mucho mejor calidad en Antigua Guatemala. CERO RECOMENDADO.

El hotel es muy lindo, la decoración es preciosa. El personal fueron muy amables. Queda justo al lado de Cafe Saul , están conectados lo cual es muy conveniente.

The hotel offers a great minimalist experience that will force you to relax, unplug, and enjoy Antigua at a different level. And most importantly, the front desk/hotel housekeeping/etc. employees are extremely client oriented and very helpful.

Very helpful staff. I love the philanthropic concept of the hotel: money spent on the room I was in is used to send a local child to school, whether they need clothes, medical help or school supplies.Spacious, clean comfortable rooms.Quiet, chill vibe.Easy walk to anywhere in Antigua. Sweet café thru the side door with coffee and shelves of books anytime, plus fresh delicious food. Easy access to great history and culture. Very reasonably priced. If you are planning to see Guatemala or particularly Antigua, Stay Here!

No pudimos llegar a Antigua como lo teníamos planeado, ya que por protestas las vías estaban cerradas. Al llamar al Hotel la chica que nos atendió de lo mas amable nos ofreció cambiar la reserva para el hotel ubicado en la ciudad. Nos encantó el hotel, sus instalaciones, la ubicación y sobre todo el propósito final de las ganancias del Hotel. Un aplauso por eso!

The place was ok. It’s closed to restaurants, the park, church, coffee shops. Saul’s Restaurant is next to the hotel, but the service and the food aren’t that great. There are other restaurants around with better food and service. On two occasions we stayed there were some individuals talking early in the morning in front of our window about a project they were working at the hotel. The rooms are stuffy. There is no ventilation at all. The toilet wasn’t working properly either. I reported the toilet making some noise, but no one paid attention. I went back two weeks later for another night and I was given the room next door and I was able to hear the toilet next door with the same problem I had reported. It was very annoying. We couldn’t rest very well. All ladies at the front desk were not friendly at all. I had the chance to interact with a couple of the guys, one at the front desk and the handyman. Both were very friendly, informative and courteous. I had to pay for parking separately since the hotel does not have a parking lot of its own. Rooms didn’t have a TV. I think the place is good for a night, not for pleasure, relaxing or extended stays.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Marlin is very nice, helpful and kind, always smiling make you feel welcome. Hotel is really nice.
