舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites)

Well I could start by saying that the room smelt so bad of mold it was unreal I've never my life smelt that strong of an odor of mold coming anywhere. Then we were not satisfied with the pool because the pool water was absolutely freezing and there was no heater turned on in the pool I was very disappointed so were my children we only get away once in a while with our kids this was supposed to be a nice trip and it turned out to be pretty c*****

Not a terrible hotel, but WiFi was spotty, breakfast options were sugar and carbs and the lack of a lighted entrance/driveway was bad. Bed was very comfortable and the room quiet.

Was unable to connect to the wifi throughout the whole stay which made it difficult finalize details for the remainder of our trip. I was able yo contact the wifi suppoet line however it still did not work.

Nice room but the heater only blew cold air. Temperature in room was okay but sleeping next to the heater was uncomfortable. Pillows also too thick so my head was propped up. Had to sleep on my side to compensate. Also WiFi was only for one item. Made that difficult as I couldn’t get WiFi for computer, phone and Kindle. Nice breakfast, nice size room. Very convenient, friendly, excellent service

The hotel is nestled in the mountains but not near anything (in terms of amenities). It was quiet enough and the front desk person was lovely. That said, there was a dirty sock left on the air conditioner in our room as well as crumbs on the carpet. I wiped down all the surfaces myself. I expected better given the good reviews here on *******.

Such a nice place. Very clean. Our front desk clerk was amazing. Janelle went out of her way for us.

The staff were really nice! The breakfast was good and convenient. Arrived at night, so we were pleasantly surprised by the view the next morning! 😊
