Dieses Hotel ist einfach fantastisch! Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Personal super freundlich. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Sigiriya Lions Rock bei Sonnenaufgang und die Village Tour mit anschließendem Kochkurs. Einen besonderer Dank geht an unseren Bar-Mann und Kellner Chandima der sich wirklich ins Zeug gelegt hat, um all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Er war total nett und zuvorkommende und hat uns tägliche Tipps vom Essen bis möglichen Aktivitäten gegeben. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage ist sehr gur gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

This hotel is very special . We have stayed many times and the standards improve every time. The rooms are a good size and very clean, the staff are fantastic - friendly and so helpful. We cannot name any staff as there are so many it would fill this report. The front desk,the restaurant and the room boys all are merited. The food is very good. It has a large pool and big gardens leading onto a large lake. We were so sad to leave but we will be back.

Resaltar la calidad y variedad de los bufet de desayuno y cena atendidas por un personal muy atento. Resaltar la atención de Dhinesh en el comedor. Hotel totalmente recomendable

Great visit at this hotel booked via Kuoni. Our room was lovely, loads of space and very comfy bed. All kept really clean. Buffet was really yummy, lots of Sri Lankan options but also western too. Staff were attentive. Really nice grounds with monkeys and birds. Pool was good but not enough beds. Towels provided at pool side. We visited sigiriya, dam bulls and did an elephant safari from this hotel.

We had the fortune of staying here in April 2024, but the mistfortune of having our kids get sick on the trip (not from the hotel). The place was beautiful, and the room (Eagle Lodge) was absolutely massive. But what really blew us away was the service. I've never felt like such a VIP before. It was pretty astounding the lengths that the staff went to in order to help us manage our sick kids. Special shout-outs to Thilini up front and Jay at the buffet, who were absolute rockstars. Even though the trip didn't go as planned, we'll always have fond memories of how we were treated here.
