維羅納公寓

極其滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店裝修現代風格，房間設施齊全，多種咖啡免費供應，早餐非常豐富。酒店位置近Mestre火車站，出站往右步行10-15分鐘，地理位置優越。儘管酒店背後有多條鐵路線，但雙層玻璃隔音非常好。個人小插曲，遺忘我的一個備用手機在房間，離開酒店後的第二天才察覺，電話到前台，回覆有收集到手機，驅車1.5小時回去取回，小費感謝讓轉給收拾房間的服務員。推薦這家酒店。

我和妻子對這家酒店沒有什麼可說的,除了好東西之外。選擇酒店時,你想成爲所有主要景點的中心,但同樣,你希望酒店達到體面的標準。很高興地說,貝斯特韋斯特交付。離競技場,Guiletta的房子(陽台),墓,噴泉,塔等不遠。接待的Nicole很棒,她的另一位女性同事(她的名字現在逃過了我的名字)。他們爲餐館、酒店提供了建議,對週邊地區非常瞭解。從機場打車大約是€30-40,具體取決於出租車中有什麼。我們強烈建議在維羅納市中心使用一次BIT電動滑板車。我們整個週末每人花費10歐元,離開時仍然有錢留在摩托車應用程序上。便宜,很容易更不用說一個有趣的方式來繞過城市。維羅納中部的“Anselmi咖啡館”是一個可愛的吃飯的地方。新鮮的食物,很棒的服務。其他一些不是那麼好。無論如何,Best Western花了我妻子和我394歐元的3晚含早餐,在那些日子裏,我們把它直接拖到房間,額外5pp 。看過維羅納的網站,我們不太可能回來,但100%推薦這家酒店和維羅納。

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

酒店早餐基本都是西式自助餐，就衹能說普通。距離火車站步行十分鐘以內，步行到各景點、商業區十五分鐘左右很方便。歐洲的酒店都非常乾淨。

工作人員非常棒,非常友好,會說英語。酒店房間有點小,但完全可用和乾淨。不錯的放鬆花園/室外部分可以放鬆。我們使用維羅納租自行車,就在市中心/從市中心。火車站的巴士也在門口。方便又便宜!

Just finished a 4 night stay in this wonderful hotel situated at the top of Verona with fantastic views of the city . The staff were outstanding , friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . Breakfast had so much choice & we had a lovely meal on our first night . Comfy beds & perfect quiet location. Free shuttle provided down hill to town and back twice a day if we didn’t want to walk. Good location for day trips to Venice & Lake Garda .
