Nice location and sweet service. There was a room problem with us and Reception provided a good service, the male guy. :)

Me han cambiado de habitación en dos ocasiones, primero porque la ventana no cerraba correctamente y después porque no sirve la calefacción. Parecía un buen hotel pero por lo que veo el mantenimiento es pésimo y la tarifa es alta en relación costo beneficio.

Very unfriendly welcoming and complicated for the airport pickup. They entered at 7am, 8am and 9am. The water did not work until 1pm so I could not shower.

The hotel was nice. The only area that needs attention is the evening receptionists young person. Seemed more interested in the cell Phone than responding to my questions regarding transportation to the airport. It seemed to annoy the individual that I was asking questions.

My initial room at 207 had a leaking toilet seat, makes the floor wet and therefore the toilet was unusable. I was then transfer to room 507. Everything went okay after that.

This is my go to when im in MTY area. Very friendly staff and the value is good. The restaurant cooks up some good food and theres cold beer.

Hotel was nice, clean with good service. The general area is a bit rough, so the hotel really stands out in comparison.

They are in the process of refurbishing the whole place which means the reception area, bar and general space is either closed or a temporary fix in place. They needed to do something to modernize the place as there are many new hotels now in the local area. Thankfully there is a good restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. Water pressure is poor so showers not great. Rooms are nicely done and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location for the airport and the industrial area around it.
