安娜之家公寓(Anna's House)

We booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

Ein schönes und liebevolles Boutiquehotel, das aber keinen Standard setzt. Evtl. war es auch dem Beginn der Saison geschuldet, das die Urlaubswoche auch etwas wohlwollen benötigte. Die Zimmer waren nett und geräumig, aber spartanisch und nicht gerade hochwertig eingerichtet (fehlende Kleiderhacken, Kofferablage etc...). Dünne Schrankwände, wackelige Armaturen und eine nicht aus dem Raum zu bekommende feuchte waren schon etwas im unteren Niveau, aber für ein paar Tage vollkommen okay. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber auch etwas überfordert, wenn es über das normale hinausging. Super Frühstück, sehr saubere Zimmerreinigung und eine Location, die etwas Abseits der Ortskern Raum und Zeit für tolle Ausflüge lässt.

Nun endet leider unser Urlaub in Anna’s House. Wir haben wieder jeden Tag in dieser fantastischen Appartementanlage genossen. Das gesamte Team ist stets mit Leidenschaft bemüht, die Zeit hier zu einem Genuss zu machen. So steht fur uns bereits jetzt fest, dass wir auch ein 4. Mal wieder in Anna’s Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen werden. Wir können auf jeden Fall jedem diese schöne Anlage empfehlen.

Top Hotel mit Frühstück! Familiär geführt mit einem super herzlichen Roomservice und einen coolen Barkeeper. Ruhig gelegen und fussläufig zu den Hotspots von Georgioupoli. Hausstrand ist der Kalivaki Beach. Perfekte Kombination! Perfekter Ort für unsere Rückkehr nach 30 Jahren!

Eine insgesamt "gut gemeinte" Unterkunft in einem schönen Umfeld. Die Randlage zum Ort lässt einen ruhigen Abend zu, fussläufig ist alles (Strand, Tavernen, Supermarkt, Shopping) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist super (bis auf den Kaffee), das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Makel ist der Gesamteindruck der Anlage: die Zimmerausstattung ist spartanisch und als einfach zu bezeichnen - uns fehlte es an Schränken und Ablagemöglichkeiten, die Qualität der Möbel ist unterirdisch. Das Ambiente hat eher Hostel-Style - es hängt noch nicht einmal ein Bild an der Wand. Zudem waren die Zimmer klamm und mit einem Eigenruch versehen, der gewöhnungsbedürftig war (allerdings: wir waren saisonaler Erstbezug im Zimmer). Außenanlage mit Pool ist okay, die Fotos zeigen allerdings nicht die enge der Anlage - guter Winkel.

Super hotel. Hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, allerdings roch es saisonbedingt etwas im Badezimmer. Haben das Zimmer problemlos wechseln können. Alle waren stets hilfsbereit. Frühstück top, Omelett sehr lecker. Die Lage ist auch super und es ist recht ruhig in den Zimmern. Was hervorzuheben ist: super Betten!

Very clean hotel with a friendly bar open till late. The drinks are very nice and the food is even better. All the staff are well mannered and the cleaners come everyday like clockwork to ensure you have clean bedding and fresh towels. We will be returning👍🏽

The apartment was clean, and modern, and ideal for a couple. A top floor room gives nice views. Breakfast a little expensive so buy in town or buy something to eat on the room balcony. The staff and bar staff were so helpful and friendly. We asked for a change of room for a better view - no problem. The best beach and town a 10 min easy walk away. Good drink and food options behind the beach. Plenty of restaurants in town for all tastes. Veggie ok enough but limited. Rethymnon a 20 min bus ride away for 3 euros. Will certainly think of going back.

Amazing. The rooms and definitely the service. All the staff went above and beyond to help when our flight was cancelled due to air traffic control. Friendly, helpful professional staff. Especially, Evita and Arizanna on reception. Ioannis at the bar. Thank you for making this a fantastic holiday. 10 out of 10.
