錫納姆沙漠度假村(Sinam Desert Resort)

Sinam camp is broken and dirty as you can see by the pictures and it is unfit for tourists. Last week I traveled to Jordan with the luxury JEEP tour group It is a 5 stars trip – So I ordered the bubbles in Sinam luxury camp panoramic tents We paid the double price of the regular camp we used to sleep there (RUM MAJIC) and we arrived on 18/5/23 evening to the camp (25 people with 13 cars). The very first moment, we entered we saw full sheets of dogs in front of the dining room Then we went to the bubble tents and I never saw a thing like that! The tents were broken and dirty and smelled so bad as something that humans cannot be inside!! Some beds were wet from the air-conditioning water Some beds were so dirty they have a few drops of blood stain on it (attached pictures) The windows of the bubble were all broken and fixed by sellotape, the bathrooms are broken, dirty and the smell so bad, the water can’t go down and make all the room full of water. My group asked me the leave Jordan at the moment! I was never cheated by anyone like that!

I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. we went to this camp for our yearly vacation based on what we saw on their Facebook page. we hoped for great experience but our Hope's went down as we arrived. Stray dogs and cats everywhere and one of our kids got attacked by one of the dogs. service was so slow at the front disc.Rooms were not ready to receive any guests. At breakfast the food was exposed and decorated by thousands of flys; a couple of my family got the night we went home. The place was more than gross .. the bubbles are too small to fit beds. By the way make sure not to have food with you that might get spoiled because their are no fridges in the rooms. bathroom floors were extremely dirty the toilet seat was broken I ordered a bottle of water at 9:30 in the morning the guy who had the key was asleep and he had to open it with a knife and break the lock. DO NOT believe anything you see on this CAMP FACEBOOK page!!

- I’ve been to this resort with my family and we had the worst experience ever and our vacation was ruined. They have zero Hygeen in-term of staff who cook the food, cooking area, rooms, toilets, bed sheets dirty as hell, towels are yellow, and what makes it even worse the camp run out of water so there is no chance to use the toilet even. - running behind the money they merge many groups which exceed the camp capacity, which makes it uncomfortable for a person who’s visiting with his family!! - due for merging those groups, a fight happened between men and women which makes it insecure and uncomfortable. - I was so lucky to enter their back area and I saw them storing yoghurt on the floor on room temperature. Last but not least I strongly not recommend this place for a visit.

بيئه هادئه تدعو الى الاستجمام و يوجد الكثير من الالعاب والنشاطات ومكان جدا نظيف والاكل جدا زاكي والخدمه ممتازه وعندهم العاب حلوه مثل البحث عن الكنز و paintball و ziplain وكتير العاب و الاكل جد زاكي وفي عندهم كمان ركوب خيل وجمال وفي عندهم سهرات حلوه 😍

Fabulous authentic experience of Wadi Rum hospitality. Amazing place. Thank you to Ishan the manager whose hospitality blew us away. What a place. Raw, authentic, and used by the locals a lot, which must mean something!

المنتجع لطيف بالفعل، معاملة الموظفين كانت مذهلة 👏🏻 أحسنت بناء كل شيء وهو شيء جديد وفريد ​​من نوعه في وادي رم الغرف نظيفة وجديدة الطعام والمشروبات مذهلة حتى أنها تحتوي على الكحول، مكان موصى به للغاية، شاهدت جميع الغرف أحببت غرفة الخيمة كثيرًا على الرغم من أنني حصلت على الترقية إلى الفقاعة الرائعة على حد سواء

تجربة جميلة جدا مع العائلة والأصدقاء والاحباب المكان جميل جدا وهادئ الاكل صراحة جدا جميل اول مرة اجرب المجبوس الاردني اعتقد اسمه زراب ولا مدري المهم كان طعمه جدا لذيذ والناس ما قصروا معي لما عرفوا أنه ابي مكان منفصل ساعدوني القلعة عندهم تهبل مثل المسلسلات التركية

المكان يهبل بجد الناس رائعة وقمة في التعامل راجل المبيعات محترم جدا الناس الي في المكان يهبلوا بجد خدمة وأسلوب وتعامل وتعاون لابعد الحدود جربنا المنسف طبعا كان هايل جدا وضربنا زرب برضك وكان هايل جدا أصناف الاكل كتيرة وكلها تحفة خالص اخوكم شيتوس من مصر ام الدنيا

المخيم جميل جدا الاكل تحفة وفريق العمل ممتاز تم خدمتنا انا والعيلة وعمل خصومات هايلة وركبنا الحبل ورحنا رحلة الغروب كانت هايلة بجد شفنا حاجات حلوة بجد لازم تزوره انص بيه جدا وبشدة الناس لطاف جدا وخدمة سريعة وغرف نضيفة وملايات جديدة كله كان تحفة وان شاءالله نجي نزورهم من تاني
