As two couples we booked adjoining rooms and were pleasantly surprised by the size and complete facilities in both. Very clean and comfortable, one bed not made up when rooms cleaned. Car park is a bit tight when overfull. Overall a lovely stay.

good location which locates between the central of city but stay just fit distance for safety and silence sake. Easy and safe car parking and it may easily to be full, but you may park your car next to the building but it is also provided with good control and monitoring with safe feeling.

Friendly staff who helped me organise my team members with notifications when rooms became available.. They have clean and well appoin**ented rooms and their self-catering apar**ents are large and have great finishing touches, like plunger coffee, complimentary choccies and excellent pillows. Close to everything. Great stay.

I had stayed at the quest in 2022 and found it to be a reasonable place. However this time things seemed to have changed: wifi was non existent and took 6 weeks to rectify, the bathroom smelled, the apar**ent was dusty and lights over the range hood were not working. Josh the night manager did the best he could but unfortunately his manager Lenni was not very proactive. The one saving grace is the security of the property which is very good. I hope the quest improves its standard because for the price they charge, things should be better. .

Worth staying at this location, as it is clean, quiet and above all, safe. Parking is a little congested but not insurmountable. Staff are friendly. knowledgeable and professional. Overall, a pleasant experience

It was lovely & quiet, clean & tidy. Great secure parking for car. Very nice place to stay. Nice pool & BBQ area. Close to town & my work place. Staff are friendly & helpful. Also lovely to speak to 😊👏

I spent my first four weeks in the NT living at Quest Alice Springs. The amicable staff, the security of the establishment, and the condition of the room all made this a terrific start to living in Alice Springs. Should I know of anyone else in my circumstance I would heartily encourage them to book in with Quest Alice Springs.

it's always a Plesant stay for work and i look forward to it every time i come up to Alice Springs. customer service is great and we are able to get great and safe carparking while at the location, its very convenient for our staff as we like to walk and attend the gym.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Good parking . Comfortable unit. Amazingly friendly staff. Close to work . Quiet , room well laid out . Wifi excellent. Aircon good . Only downside is having to write to many characters for the review.
