Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes … ce n’est pas à l’image d’un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Les transats sont sales, mouillés et beaucoup sont cassés! Il n’y a aucun entretien des différents espaces de l’établissement ! C’est vieux et dégradé ! Hormis l’hôtel et le restaurant qui sont plutôt Correct, le reste ne mérite même pas une étoile ! Le parc aquatique ouvre à 10h30 et fermé à 17h30 ! Il n’y a que la moitié des toboggans d’ouverts ! Après 17h30 vous n’avez rien à faire avec vos enfants (12/10 et 8) ! Aucune animation ! Rien ! Le terrain de tennis est accessible uniquement sur les horaires d’ouverture du parc aquatique ! Le personnel du restaurant n’est pas formé pour travailler dans un hôtel 5 étoilée ! Payer 850 euros pour deux nuits c’est du vol !!

We have been coming to Izvor for many years, and this year, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms had been renovated and now look very nice! The food at the hotel is simply WONDERFUL, and my kids absolutely love it! Additionally, the staff members are extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool water is always perfect and super clean. Despite the presence of many small kids, we were surprised that it did not feel chaotic or too loud. Mondays are particularly good because they are relatively quiet, making them much less crowded compared to the weekends. During our stay, I usually take advantage of the spa services, and I must say that the spa team is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. On the not-so-positive side, we felt that the rooms could be a bit bigger to provide more comfort during our stay. Additionally, it would be nice if the hotel offered some activities, such as yoga classes during the day, to enhance the overall holistic experience. I wouldn't mind paying extra for such activities if they were available.

Nous avons réservé la suite prestige. Il s'agit de la chambre la plus cher de l'établissement, Le prix pour une nuit se rapproche du salaire mensuel moyen du pays. Donc on s'attend à des prestations particulièrement hautes. Eh ben détrompez-vous. Les murs de la chambre sont lézardés, le tapis sur la grande terrasse ne sont pas fixés et bougent avec le vent. le support pour le papier toilette est cassé, une prise électrique n'est plus fixée sur le mur et laisse les fil apparent. Sans parlé des buses d'hydromassage du jacuzzi qui sont recouvertes de crasse. Croyez-moi, il ne s'agit pas de détails, mais de choses qui sautent aux yeux. Alors quand je lis dans les commentaires sur google que des personnes notes qu'elles y ont passé les meilleures vacances dans le meilleur hôtel 5 étoiles qu'ils ont vu. je me dis qu'ils n'ont pas du faire beaucoup de 5 étoiles dans leur vie, Afin de donner une chance à la direction de connaitre les défaut de son hôtel, je me suis rendu à la réception afin de montrer les photos que j'ai fait dans la chambre. Le manager est venu écouter ce que j'avais à dire, en me répondant simplement qu'il était désolé que mon expérience dans son hôtel n'aie pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes et il m'a royalement fait 10% de rabais sur ma chambre. Concrètement on parle donc de 40.- euros. No comment!

Everything is at a high level (accommodation, food, spa, services...). When you add a very nice Bukulja mountain nearby - walking distance (with hiking possibilities and fantastic viewpoint on the top), famous park on the other side of the street, nothing is missing.

A rather poor experience as the hotel is overpriced. It is almost 200€ per night. Rooms are so small that we didn't have a single chair in the room. Don't hope to see the working desk. The room was on the second floor. Had to pass next to matrices and other room equipment for 3 days. Anyway, matrices in our room were a total disaster. Also, the safe deposit box didn't work in our room but I haven't bothered to report. If you have back issues, avoid sleeping in the hotel. The pool is nice but it gets so crowded that there is no place to sit. You don't get another robe at the pool so you have to take the one from the room. The dressing room at the pool is both male and female so have in mind if you don't like such an approach. Also, you have to access the indoor pool from indoors by stairs. It is like a first floor so hard for those with walking issues. For 200€ a night, bowling should be paid for 7€ per hour. And rather complicated as you need to go to the pool area, to ask to get a bowling track. All other hotel prices are extremely high and thanks to poor roads in the Aranđelovac area (not to blame the hotel) it is a rather poor experience. We like to stay for a few days, on short vacations. From what I have experienced in other hotels, I can't recommend it. If you are in the area and need to have a night over, it is OK and you know it is too expensive. Value for the money is low. The bright side are people working in the hotel. Food is also very good. That is why it is 2 stars in this review.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, both in the summer and winter. I must say that the quality of service dropped down massively. By the outdoor pool you can barely find decent sun bed and the shade. All sun beds are old and dirty, all different types, there are not enough sun umbrellas. To order food you have to que in one line and for drinks in another one so if you want your drinks together with food, you need to wait twice. Staff is kind but that’s not enough, there is not enough waiters, you can barely order from a waiter if you are at the pool. they can’t manage so many people. Food for breakfast and dinner is varied but not tasty. Not a 5 stars hotel standard. Pools are still nice, but crowded. If you decide to stay in the hotel, you better chill out in aqua park, it’s not crowded there. Rooms are ok, but in some of them there was no furniture on the terrace.

Pros: - we had a lovely room (Superior Double Room) - excellent breakfast and dinner - the food was fantastic - nice location of the hotel - upon arrival, we were very pleased that based on the emial I sent to the hotel, they prepared dinner for us in the room, which we missed. Cons: - hotel employees behave like pigs. They walk around the garbage and step over it (maybe it's because all Serbs live in a dump and are all pigs who throw garbage around) - hotel employees do not know how to say hello and smile - the worst was when I asked for water for my child when leaving and was literally told in a harsh tone: "Go buy it somewhere"... In hotels of this category it is common to receive a "travel package" or some small attention for child. But I think this rude behavior was not appropriate. Anyway, the hotel is great and due to the ill-mannered staff, it deserves no other rating than the best.

Very kind staff, wide and tasty food, clean hotel. Much pools, clean minerla water. One thing is not great- small rooms. Prices are fine for what they offer. Good recommend from my family. We will come again for sure.

In the last 2-3 years this hotel become our second home. We are using every free time to visit the hotel and recharge our batteries. There are no words to describe the hospitality food, services, and professionality of all people who work here. Special thanks to the ladies at the swimming pool Milica and Jelena. Both of them are very professional and very capable of what they doing. The food and drinks were always on time and served with a big smile even when the pool can be full of guests. Both of them are superstars at this hotel. Additionally, the hotel has well-maintained clean airconditioned rooms, high-class service in the restaurants, very capable reception desk. In the future, we will be here whenever we need to be pampered and high-class treated.
