洛杉磯6號汽車旅館 - 阿卡迪亞/帕薩迪納(Motel 6 Arcadia, CA - Los Angeles - Pasadena Area)

工作人員很好，酒店房間很基本，就像我見過的任何 6 號汽車旅館一樣

For the price I paid… the bathroom Area was dirty. I found hairs on towels. Front desk staff was very rude. It was a convenient location due to us having to go to a wedding nearby. Other than that I would never stay at this motel six again. I had read reviews that were good which is why I selected it.

The property was nice and the service was great. My only complaint is when i was packing up my cloths there was a giant cockroach that came running from under the bed. I did take pictures and when checking out i was going to let the staff know but the girl behind the counter was very busy. I did leave feeling dirty and had to shower and wash my cloths as soon as i got home.

You can only request housekeeping after you’ve been there four days, and then you have to ask for it a day in advance. People loitering in the parking lot and stairwells appearing stoned or unhoused. “Front Desk” gave no notice before they knocked on my door one day and said they needed to come in to test my fire alarm. I wasn’t dressed and ready to open the door. Plus, anybody can walk right up and say they’re the “front desk” and need to come in. That is not safe.

Overall was good but no mini frig, coffee maker or hair dryer. Got clean towels & t/p only when I asked Ofelia in the laundry room. She was very helpful. The room was never cleaned or sheets changed during the whole 8 days I stayed there. I could requested that but have to request a day ahead. Good thing I didn’t dirty the place. Overall I was happy with my stay once I understood the policies. Very convenient location AGAIN, thank you Ofelia

I booked a non smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room, the room smells full of cigarette. The front desk said they don't have a non smoking room for us to exchange, then a white woman came check in, she had a same situation as us, but she immediately got a room exchange. My wife was allergy to cigarette, she couldn't stop cough in the room. So we have to leave the hotel at the midnight and re check-in again next morning for a non smoking room, hope I can get my refund for that.
