We had to call hotel from lobby to get someone to help us check in at 4 pm. Then she got in the telephone and made me wait while she spoke to the other person. She should have told the person on the phone that she would be with them after she checked me in I had already waited 10 mins for her to get to the lobby.

the check in was ok we are on 3rd floor, go to elevator, the button to push to operate was not there, did not work the entire stay. Loud music and noisy guests next to us until 2:30 in the morning. air conditioner was loud as well. Bed was awesome, but the tiny pillows were not.

I felt safe. The bed was very nice and comfy. The continental breakfast was great. The staff setting up the breakfast were very nice. However, when I checked in the young girl at the front desk could’ve been more friendly and welcoming. She never greeted us. She was very robotic like and she seemed annoyed with whomever she was on her phone with; which in turn transferred over to us. Other than that; it was a nice stay.

Hotel was great for a one-night stay in High Point. Staff were very friendly and room was clean.

It was a clean and safe place of lodging. Breakfast was satisfactory. Pool was closed for the season.

Check in was rough. Front desk person was very cold. She definitely acted like she would rather be somewhere else. She finished checking us in, gave us no property information or said thank you. We had to ask if we were done with check in. No direction to the elevator or info about the free breakfast. Got to our room and it was 54 degrees inside. Heater didn’t work so I called down and told her the issue. No apology. Just a “it’s no problem” and said she would give us another room. Went down and found the room key on the counter. That’s it. New room was clean. WiFi did not work. Toilet was clogged after first flush. Sink wouldn’t drain. Called down and she said there was no maintenance people there on a Saturday. We were staying 3 nights. On the second night, I requested more towels. Went downstairs to grab them and “all they had were 2”. So strange to me. Wife told me I’m no longer allowed to make our hotel reservations when we go out of town LOL.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, all items were individually packed. Employees put a lot of effort into making sure everything was up to the mark.

Nice facility, back behind other properties so very quiet. Nice staff, decent breakfast, overall good place. We come to HP area often for family, will stay here again.
