I booked this hotel because of the good reviews, but was less than impressed when we got to our room. The halls and bathroom smelled like sewer gas and our room was musty, the shower curtain had several hairs stuck to it and there was pink residue under the shower faucet (caused by bacteria). We were missing shampoo and the towels were stained. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Overall would not book here again.

The staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were very nice . Breakfast was very well set up.

My husband and I stayed in room 307 and woke up with multiple bed bug bites. Visually seen with getting ready to leave.

Staff was extremely nice! Breakfast was good! The only thing was me & my friend slept in separate beds but something bit both of us, not saying there were bed bugs but was bit by something!

From when we walked in we where met with Jason wortman. Was very nice and accommodate. In early am down for breakfast buffet there was jason again. Wiping tables. Well stay there again on way back to home.

We had an excellent stayed with this hotel . The customer service was nice and friendly, we so pleased with the service and cleanliness exceptional! Will be back again.

Always stay here when we go through Ardmore in our travels. Nice and clean, and the staff is always friendly.

This was a new property, and the pool area was nice. (This was the only pool that was in full operation in our 4 hotel stays this trip... which made my son happy!) Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast provided was well stocked and well done. Food was good. Staff was attentive and kept the area clean. Overall, nice stay!

We stayed one night en route to another city. Checkin was quick, the front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

I love staying at this Best Western. Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Great breakfast and quiet. Kust what you need when your tired.

Everything was nice, but the beds are a little hard and pillows were a little flst.
