鳳凰城萬豪AC酒店(AC Hotel Phoenix Downtown)

Desk staff seemed a bit rude when checking in. Other than that the room was great, comfortable bed, very clean as well.

The lobby and bar are pretty and very quiet. We stayed on the 5th floor and for our entire wknd stay had no hot water. When I went to ask the front desk to send someone up she explained that the hot water comes from the roof so the higher floor the better for hot water. She said she would me up higher but on day 2 it wasn’t worth it. Very disappointed with that. She couldn’t credit me either because she said ******* would have to since I booked through them. Won’t stay here again. Sheraton would be my pick.

Good deal for what is essentially a moderately upper scale hotel and like with anything and everything , there is good and bad . Great check in with Ms Shannon and great check out with another young lady , that was the good . The bad , guy at “restaurant “, which is NOT A RESTAURANT but a bar that sells a few items is HORRIBLE! Selections are extremely limited and pricey but the WORST THING WAS THE BAD SERVICE! Isaih or some name like that was rude , answered questions with an attitude and never checked in our table to see if we needed anything , very poor service especially for this nice hotel. Spoke to the manager and luckily he apologized and was very gracious!

This is a very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. The location is good, as it is close enough to restaurants and sports venues. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Average. Very corporate and severely designed. Extremely loud air conditioner. We asked to be moved to another room but the air conditioner was loud in our second room as well. Uncomfortable bed. Slippery shower floor. The food isn’t great. Soggy toast, overly salty toppings. The staff is kind and accommodating but we won’t stay at the AC Hotel again.

I did a staycation for my birthday at the AC. It is a great location in downtown Phoenix, right next to Roosevelt row. Tom made our stay so special. Will definitely be back!

The AC was a great choice. The hotel is VERY nice and clean. The check in process was quick and easy, and the young Lady that checked me in was friendly, courteous and professional. There are many eating and entertainment options in walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay at the AC again.
