察米斯桑特套房酒店 - 限成人(Tsamis Zante Suites - Adults Only)

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. Ich finde jedoch 5 Sterne sind für dieses Hotel zu viel. Unsere Junior Suite mit Pool war sehr schmutzig und die Bettwäsche war schon als wir ankamen voller gelber Flecken und Haare. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption bemängelt und es wurde gleich neu eingebettet. Zudem hatten wir in unserer Suite eine Ameisenplage und ein Nest voller Spinnen. Essen war ok und auch die Anlage mit Pools ist sehr schön. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption, an der Bar und im Service waren sehr bemüht und stets freundlich. Jedoch der Juniorchef (glaub ich) war sehr arrogant und hat uns bei kleinsten Sachen (wie den Sonnenschirm richtig öffnen) unsympathisch darauf hingewiesen.

Bij aankomst word je supervriendelijk ontvangen door Vasilis.. De service, de rust en alle zaken van het hotel waren uitstekend. Als je een taxi nodig hebt, regelen hun allemaal. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Overal; restaurant, receptie, bar. Kortom het verblijf van ons werd met rust en genot ervaren. Top!

Super mooi hotel, zelfs boven verwachting terwijl we op basis van fotos al een heel mooi hotel verwachtten. Personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Vasilis heeft ons goed geholpen met parkeren en tips voor wat te doen op het eiland. Ook bij het ontbijt werden we elke ochtend vrolijk ontvangen. Enige minpunt was de douche die een hele zachte straal had, en het ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gekund. Echter is het t****e begrijpelijk aangezien het geen hoogseizoen is en er anders veel word verspild. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Avondeten was geweldig. Veel keuze en heerlijke gerechten die vers voor je worden klaargemaakt naast het buffet. Als laatste hadden we een kamer met zeezicht. Het uitzicht was adembenemend. Echt een aanrader.

不乾淨..沒有海灘..入口和大海都很困難..食物不足..工作人員相當沒有動力..總的來說，我永遠不會再預訂這家酒店！房間還可以！你需要一輛車......現場沒有足夠的停車位！可惜了

這麼漂亮的酒店。裝飾令人驚嘆，工作人員很棒。它安靜祥和，是完美的度假勝地。帶私人泳池的房間特別棒！強烈推薦。他們將在酒店內開設 2 家新餐廳，為用餐時間帶來一些變化。糕點師是個天才，我們不得不游得更遠才能吃到美味的甜點。

Très bel hôtel nous y avons passés 10 jours Chambre spacieuse et propre très bonne literie. La chambre était faite tout les jours sauf que les draps n’ont pas étaient changés en 10 jours.Le personnel est sympathique Dorule en demi-pension hors boissons 3e la bouteille d’eau 7e le verre de vin les consommations sont chères Prévoyez 2e de taxe de séjour par jour et par personne La nourriture est bonne mais répétitive . Hôtel loin de tout prévoir de louer une voiture pour visiter Nous avons toujours eu des transats de disponible à la piscine Supérette à 15 minutes à pied Il n’y a vraiment rien n’a faire aux alentours Pour se reposer c est le top pas d’enfants qui crient😅 Dommage qu’il n’y est pas un coin billard car comme je l’ai dit il n’y a rien n’a faire Vous avez un spa et massage salle de sport Vous avez un bus qui vous ramène au centre 1,60e matin et après midi mais pour le soir il faut prévoir un taxi entre 30e et 40e L’île est magnifique 93e pour une journée en bateau Location voiture au top on vous la ramène à l’hôtel entre 65e et 70e

Just arrived home from this hotel. We had a very nice time the hotel was very good large rooms, all bedding towels etc., were super quality and beds very comfortable. The rooms cleaned every day and always around the same time which we found great and the ladies did a wonderful job. The pools and the pool areas were cleaned every day and there was never a shortage of Sun beds . The food was edible but not very special, the only restaurant was OK but there was no access from within the hotel so we had to walk outside to access it fine until the evening it rained! The best thing about the hotel was the staff from the cleaning ladies to the bar and restaurant staff all superb nothing too much trouble and smiles from them all. All in all a pleasant experience.

Loved our stay at the Tsamis Zante Suites. It was perfect. The staff were fantastic. On arrival we had a welcome drink and could relax by the pool whilst the room was made available. Once available our bags were taken to the room and all of the hotels facilities explained. The staff could not do enough for us throughout our stay, especially the gentleman who was looking after the hotel store. We stayed in a superior suite with a balcony and it was perfect. The bathroom was open plan with a bath and separate shower. The balcony was spacious and was great for relaxing in an evening. We had a lovely view of the olive trees and the sea. The hotel is in peaceful surroundings. It is remote but that was perfect for us as we just wanted a relaxing holiday. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the local town was a short 15/20 minute drive. We ate at Vardiola restaurant a couple of times and it was lovely. The hotel restaurant was buffet service and the food for both breakfast and evening meal was excellent. Service was good in the evening for drinks and we enjoyed eating by the sea. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for you to choose this hotel to explore the amazing island of Zante.
