Hotel maravilhoso com excelente atendimento!

Simplesmente perfeito! Melhor estadia da vida! Equipe mega atenciosa, simpatica, atendimento humanizado. Nota 1000!!!! Voces foram maravilhosos!

Nous séjournions sur l’île et avons passé une journée dans cette hôtel. Plage privée, déjeuner vue sur mer, spa avec massage relaxation et dîner gastronomique. Tout a été parfait.La situation de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle et le personnel très professionnel et chaleureux. Le spa est magnifique et le soin massage relaxant génial. Le dîner gastronomique est une expérience elle aussi exceptionnelle. A notre prochain passage sur l’île, nous séjournerons dans cette hôtel.

Hotel perfeito. Vista incrível, possui restaurantes maravilhosos, estrutura impecável. Atendimento excelente da nossa chegada ate o momento de ir embora. Funcionários sempre atenciosos e simpaticos. Piscina enorme e muito agradável. Café da manhã perfeito também! Para quem quer uma experiência única e luxuosa, essa é a escolha perfeita.

Pour avoir tester de nombreux hôtels de cette gamme, celui-ci offre un cadre idyllique. La nourriture y est excellente, les chambres sont spacieuses, et le + avec la piscine à débordement qui surplombe la mer. Tout était parfait, le personnel est à vos petits soins et sont très professionnels. C’est sans aucun doute que nous reviendrons passer des vacances ici.

The Lesante Blu in Zakynthos hotel experience was amazing from the first moment we entered until the last moment when we left. Premium experience, fantastic room with private pool and whirlpool bathtub for 2 people! The staff are extremely friendly, polite, helpful and have a great sense of humor, Greek hospitality at its best! The cleaning is phenomenal and throughout the hotel everything is spotless and tip top! Great breakfast and dinner servings, the waiters are fantastic and have good knowledge on the products they offer including great insights on the best Greek wines to select. The boat trip we took around the island was equally amazing, everything was arranged by the hotel reception with pick up from the private beach the hotel has. Stunning views of the island are guaranteed ! The pool area at the hotel is also great, the sun beds are very comfortable and clean, staff take care of all your needs and the infinite pool is spectacular! In summary we really had an amazing week, my only regret is that I did not book 2 weeks! Highly recommended and I will for sure return to Zakynthos to see its wonderful people in and outside of the hotel and when I do return I will certainly return to Lesante Blu again! Thank you to all the staff at Lesante Blu for this unforgettable holiday!

Wir waren vom 20-31. August 2023 dort. Unsere Signature Suite war grosszügig mit Weitsicht übers Meer und eigenem Pool. Zimmer sowie Anlage in einem sehr guten Zustand, aber es ist auch erst die 7. Saison wie wir mitbekommen haben. Sauberkeit war immer und überall sehr gut. Das Personal liesst einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist immer super gut gelaunt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, da sich gewisse Dinge am Abend wiederholen bei längerem Aufenthalt, haben wir das Fine Dinning Restaurant im Resort rein paar mal genutzt. Egal wo man isst, wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Pool, Grünflächen, Privatstrand am Meer perfekt. Frühstück sehr, sehr grosszügig. Kurz um, Hotel, Essen, Service und Staff exzellent. Warum dennoch nur 4 Sterne. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Privacy - Regelung in Bezug auf öffentliche Bereiche wie Pool oder Strand. So ist es unmöglich am Pool oder Meer zu entspannen, weil permanent Gäste einen ungefragt Filmen für Contents auf Instagram & Co, Reels erstellt werden, lautstarke conference-calls abgehalten werden, FaceTime Anrufe per Lautsprecher des Mobile geführt werden oder die Gäste mit Kopfhörern im Ohr quer durchs Gelände laufen und laut telefonieren. In einem 5 Sternehotel sollte es eine Policy geben, das telefonieren und Filmen im öffentliche Ruhebereich, wo Menschen im Bikini und Oberkörper frei sich aufhalten, verboten 🚫 ist. So sind wir es auch gewohnt von Hotels dieser Kategorie und Klasse. Erholung ist so leider in diesen Bereichen nicht möglich gewesen und wo auch immer die aufgenommenen Inhalte landen mit uns im Hintergrund, haben wir auch keine Kontrolle. Wir wollen nicht zwingend halbnackt im Internet landen. Sehr schade und wir werden dadurch auch nicht mehr wiederkommen, bis es diese Restriktion gibt. Die Ausrede des Frontdesk auf Beschwerde während des Aufenthalts, war auch nicht dienlich. „Man könne nichts machen, da es öffentlicher Bereich ist“. Nicht befriedigend und weder der Fakt das es geduldet wird, noch die Ausrede, sind eines 5 Sternehotels würdig Kleiner Wermutstropfen, der Late Check Out am Abreisetag war kostenlos.

O hotel é fantástico, com uma vista deslumbrante e uma piscina gigante com borda infinita para o mar. A piscina circunda toda a área do restaurante e tem cadeiras de sol espalhadas pela área e algumas praticamente dentro da piscina, o que da um charme especial. Bebidas e estradas podem ser servidas na área da piscina. Tem quadra de tênis. Estacionamento gratuito. Recepção com welcome drinks e picolé servidos ao dar entrada. Água mineral todos os dias no quarto e quando quiser. O quarto é um espetáculo, alguns com piscina ou hot tube. Os restaurantes são excelentes com pratos muito bons para todos os gostos.
