Booked thru *******….mistake number 1. Wife got Ill at last minute(days before booking), and granted we prepaid for the room on ******* and there was a no cancellation policy, however, we just wanted to change the dates due to her illness, not cancel. ******* tried with hotel no luck. I even tried thru Marriott corporate as a gold member to the hotel itself and corporate was also unable to get the hotel to budge.
This hotel is one of the pricier ones in the area and nothing particularly special about it, but it is located directly next to my daughters apar**ent so it’s very convenient and WAS worth the extra dollars until now. Stayed there many, many times… but NO LONGER! What a bunch of No Service, lack of understanding, money grubbing cheapskates they are!
