威斯汀酒店-水晶城(The Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport)

Flight canceled and luggage lost. Front desk supplied me with a toiletry kit. Juan at the bar very kind and had an excellent cocktail and flatbread meal. Rooms were clean and bed very comfy. Also liked the lavender roller ball offered on the nightstand. Free shuttle back to airport definitely helped ease my worries during this travel experience.

Made last minute reservation when flight was canceled. Convenient to airport Front desk very nice at late check in. Room great and comfortable. Note there is no shuttle from Reagan/National after 1030PM so we had to take a cab ( called front desk and gentleman recommended taxi -gave me a general cost ( about $10) A taxi driver quoted me twice as much so very much appreciate the hotels advice).

My wife and I were passing through DC on christmas day to go sight seeing and we booked this hotel because to be honest it’s genuinely affordable, when we got there we were instantly greeted and helped. We got our room and the room was very big and the view was actually pretty good. At night we got hungry and we went down to the lobby to order some food, I will say the food is not the cheapest $16 for a burger but that price is WORTH every penny. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were home made and amazing! Whoever the chef is needs a raise! All in all our time at the Westin was amazing and next time we pass through DC we will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel needs makeup for sure. Plus, the guy next to my room was blasting musing, and after I asked him to lower it a little bit, someone else complained, and he decided to bang on my door because he thought I was the one who called the front desk. I talked to the front desk manager in the morning, and he only took the room number; I don't think he did much.

This was a great location near DCA airport. Friendly shuttle service every half hour. One block from the Chrystal City metro stop and a couple blocks walk to a nice dining area with all kinds of different restaurants, we did Ethiopian! Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

I did like the shower and the bed. However there was no room service and compared to other Westin Properties it just seemed rather dated. The lobby looked good but the other areas of the hotel including the rooms need updating.

Excelente localizacion a 5 minutos del aereopuerto, transportacion del hotel al aereopuerto puntual desde las 4:30 am. Limpio, comodo y comfortable. Lo recomiendo 100%

I was shocked to find out that there was an additional charge of $13.95 daily for internet and $40 daily for parking. This is truly disappointing since other hotels in downtown DC were only charging $25 for parking and had complimentary internet. The staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. I will not stay here again. The lady who took our order for dinner was very nice and pleasant. There was one attendant at night that was nice and helpful.
