Nice gym. Expensive breakfast. Clean rooms.

It is absolutely beyond my expectation. The room is spacious and clean.

Our last stay wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. I don't think I'll be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. Here are some points: Cons: • Elevator not working right. You would press the floor button and nothing would happen. Even after pushing repeate3dly and hard still nothing. At one point we just got out and used the stairs • Showers are tiny! I’m 6’2” and my shoulders were tight from wall to glass door. A little uncomfortable. • Bathroom small in general. It was hard to close the door if you were standing in the bathroom. • The toilets o used a “Flushmate Pressure Assist” system (or similar pressure-assisted toilet) and it was extremely loud. We heard rooms on both sides of us flushing at all hours of the night. o had to wait 10 minutes between flushes for the pressure to build up. • Table/desk in our room had a broken leg. If you bumped it the leg would fall off. • Stiff bed • Have to pay $26/night to park at the hotel you are staying at!! Pros: • Close to the Courthouse Metro Station for quick access to downtown DC and Smithsonian. • Great food options and bakeries within walking distance.

The hotel overall appeared to be clean; however, my room's bathroom wasn't clean. I sprayed it down with 91% rubbing alcohol, but still cringed to use it. The toilet was unclean. I'm glad my stay was only 1 night.

Hotel muy cerca del la estación del metro, por lo que te puedes mover fácilmente a otros puntos de la ciudad. Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al hotel, pero es adecuado para descansar y conocer Washington.

Comfortable room, close to public transports, convenient to visit Washington DC and the Arlington cemetery. Safe area. A/C unit was however noisy, probably a bit old; the A/C ventilation system outside at the back of the building was very noisy too, so I preferred to stay at the front on the street side.

Great area. Police station one block over so very safe place. Central location to a few different options for dinner thats in walking distance. Uber rides to DC were on the affordable end. Hotel itself was modern and clean. Bed wasnt the most comfortable but served its purpose. Overall experience was great and would def stay again.

The staff was excellent! Everyone we dealt with was great. The one thing that I think needs improvement is the queen beds and mattresses. We’ve stayed here many times but always had a king and had good experiences. This was not the comfort you should have for a hotel of this caliber.

Had numerous plumbing issues in bathroom… Slowl draining sink and a toilet that could not be flushed… Reported the toilet problem early one morning and when we came back that evening it still was not fixed
