Chambres rénovées à neuf très confortable et moderne. Un peu loin du centre ville de chicago. Déconseillé si vous n'avez pas d'auto. Parking gratuit. Seul hic et bémol pas d'ascenseur et surtout les poubelles au niveau des escaliers sont remplis de poubelles. Petit déjeuner non inclus. Pour un court séjour a bon prix c'est bon. Pas trop d'activités à faire dans les alentours

Merci à la femme à la réception qui nous a très bien accueilli. Elle m'a énormément aidé pour aller sur le site pour payé l'autoroute payante. Il fallait que je me rouvre un compte et transmettre mes informations sur mon auto. Merci encore à elle. Sans cette femme j'aurais eu de la difficulté à me retrouvé

Economy lodging. Clerk was pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Facility is showing age and wear, but is budget priced lodging that does the job.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here. I especially want to thank Kar for being an absolute professional. The person in front of me was being very difficult but Kar maintained his professionalism and treated the customer with kindness and respect. If I could give him more than 5 stars for the way he handled a difficult guest I would give him much more than 5 stars.

I love it here I been here for a few weeks waiting on my house to get finish the people here make me feel at home they are such great people I will definitely recommend staying here

I was unimpressed. No fridge, microwave, coffee or toiletries. The check-in desk was unmanned multiple times. Their snow plow blocked me in so I couldn’t leave, making me late to a meeting on Friday morning. I decided I had to leave early on Saturday morning to avoid being made late again and they didn’t refund my Saturday night or my deposit. Overall a very unpleasant experience.
