阿林頓洛威斯生活酒店(Live! by Loews - Arlington, TX)

We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done. Of course later she called back stating it was a server error. I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

The hotel and the location were perfect. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Hotel Room was beyond what we had imagined. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities was amazing. This was a Perfect 10!!

The views from our room were phenomenal! Everything was within walking distance. Great experience!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was swanky and really clean. The hotel lived up to its name it was lively. If we needed to stay at the hotel without going anywhere I feel like we still would have had a blast.

The shower head was filled with soap scum and the water pressure was messed up. It was coming out so hard that it hurt. The toilet was not flushing and kept clogging with nothing in there. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. There are no restaurants walking distance and they close dining at 11. If you want to order something it has to be room service but they kitchen is right there, not sure why I couldn’t order food and pick it up myself from the kitchen. It’s definitely not worth over $350. I’ve stayed at nicer places for less.

I stayed at Live by Loews after a cheer competition at AT&T Stadium. Overall, it was a great experience, but two issues stood out. Firstly, finding dinner after 10 PM was challenging due to limited options. Secondly, an early wake-up call at 9 AM by staff banging on the neighboring room's door was disruptive, especially when checkout was at 11 AM. Despite these hiccups, the hotel offered a comfortable stay and convenient proximity to the stadium.

The property was very nice! We had our room opened twice on the day of checkout at 8:00AM and again at 9:15AM by housekeeping who just came right inside the room. The lady didn’t say anything and just left. As a mom with kids in the room this severely irritated me and I had the note on the door for do not disturb. Also, the steakhouse wasn’t that great with the sides but the steak was great!
