Could use some major updating, but with that being said, it was clean and comfortable. The price was extremely affordable and the owner/manager and his wife were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Would stay again.

The location was perfect right off the interstate. Within 7- 20 minutes each way for shopping, dining and attractions. They had a really nice breakfast. Bacon, sausage,eggs, waffles and much much more. The indoor pool was cold but that was probably the only negative. I was a little worried after reading the reviews but my room was clean no problems great shower great water pressure everything was great

We only stayed one night. The first room we were put in was damp and musty. We asked to be moved so they just put us next door and it was just as bad. The air conditioner was blowing out moldy smelling air and the carpets felt a little wet. Maybe the rooms on the upper floors are better but they had us in the basement. The breakfast in the morning had stale, freezer burned biscuits and the waffle mix tasted funky. They were out of a lot of stuff- coffee cups, butter, meat… just not impressed. The lobby and swimming pool area looked nice and clean and they weren’t right on the thruway so it was quiet.

You can tell the hotel has been newly remolded. Newer paint and furnishings. However, our room was on the first floor which was more or less the basement. The smell of mold/mildew was very strong. Had we been staying longer I would’ve asked for a different floor or a refund.

The hotel was very noisy. Children were running up and down the halls at night. Noises from the floor above us made it sound like someone was coming right through the ceiling, even during the middle of the night.
The bathroom was extremely tiny. The sink was outside of the bathroom, making it very inconvenient for us.

Parking packed and if you return late, you will be parking on the far end of the facility, and it did not feel safe. I let my wife out at the door and drove to the back to park.

You could tell the bathrooms were older. The bathtub had what appeared to be cracking and peeling paint near the drain. The drain itself was gross and full of hair wrapped around the stopper. The rest of the room was great. Perfect for my family of 4s needs. Breakfast was your standard fare.
My biggest complaint was the **** smell. It was crazy strong in the bathroom when we first arrived and you got hit by it in the hallways occasionally. Now, i do realize it's legal in Missouri, i just truly hate the smell and come from a state where recreational use isn't legal so I'm not used to it being so in my face.
Other than that, the hotel was perfect for the price we paid. We would consider here again if we need a place to stay next time we come visit family in STL

Check-in was amazing. Staff was great. The bed is very firm and not comfortable. Room is clean. Doors were slamming around 0500 and walls / ceiling are thin.
