Great fa

A great facility with a nice, clean, and comfortable room. The front desk was very friendly and helpful upon arriving. The only negative that I had were the screeching children that wailed for 90 minutes in the early evening. At least it was done by ten o'clock at night. Even though the hotel is close to the interstate, the sound was not distracting. I would stay here again.

Receptionist was welcoming and apologetic for having to check in guests AND serve beverages during the happy hour as she was working alone. Our room was clean and quiet enough for sleep. Breakfast was so-so.

This was probably one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and in order and I would have given 5 stars except that it smelled terribly of smoke in the room. My guess is that someone staying there before me smoked in the room. The elevator also smelled like someone actually smoked IN IT. I realize that is not entirely the hotel's issue, however, it was bad enough that I instantly had a headache and my clothes smelled like smoke when I left. It is otherwise well-situated for someone traveling through the area and there are plenty of places to grab food within a 2 minute walk.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was serviced during our stay. That was a pleasant surprise! We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel or other Pear Tree Inns in the future.

The staff was so kind to us, and had breakfast out early for my very early bird son.

Everything I need for a 1 or 2 day business stay. I stay here 5 or 6 times a year and am always satisfied.
