Zuerst das Positive: Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu unserem Zimmer: Die gesamte Anlage ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Gegen "alt" ist auch nichts einzuwenden - wenn es sauber ist. Unser Zimmer war schmutzig - vor allen Dingen im Bad waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden. Es roch muffig und schimmelig, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eingeschränkt.

The staff very helpful towards me and my small family with booking events,presentation towards also food and how clean the housekeeping was aswell after coming from a hot day in the sun thank you Edgewater won’t be the last and see you next time

First night there my wife got food poisioning from the ika mata at the mals bar restaurant and spent all the next day throwing up. Second night our daughter got locked in one of the bedrooms because the door lock was faulty. Pool desperately needs a clean and Reception staff werent the friendliest. We wouldnt stay again. Its overpriced for what we got. The staff at the Spaghetti House are nice though.

Nice place, massive free complimentary breakfasts which we enjoyed every morning during our stay. Nice white sandy beach, just make sure to wear reef shoes. The staff were great and hospitable. Highly recommended...

Honestly I have to say this is the worst hotel in all of Rarotonga. The washroom smelled like a sewage system in our room. I could barely breathe when I’m the washroom from the smell not even an open window would help. The shower had three pieces of hair from different people, clearly they do a poor job cleaning the room. The dead bugs all over the room that looked mummified! The bed is not the most comfortable so be warned! The reception desk had great service and the bar/restaurant had great staff as well. Honestly I would say to pass on the this and stay at pacific resort or Kia Orana Villa and Suites.

The person who checked us in was terrible, our room was dirty & tired, needs refurbishment. The milk in our fridge was already open. Our meal at your ‘restaurant’ was also terrible. The staff there were lovely, they were the only good thing about this hotel. Never, ever again

Probably ok for families that didn’t mind sharing one pool with loads of kids and only ate chips or nuggets.

What a wonderful place to stay, close to most activities around the Island. Staff are friendly, helpful and nothing seems to much for them. Safe swimming beach is 2 minutes from your room, what more could you want. Highly recommend and we will definately be going back, only this time for much longer. Thank you Edgewater staff. Cheap & cheerful. A little bit run down and shabby, but I think that is reflected in the price. Staff were great. Cooked breakfast was very average.

Prompt service at Check In. Room was really nice and comfortable and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Awesome service.

Edgewater Resort is amazing. The staff are lovely, always greet you with a smile and always happy to help with any query. Altho the pool was under construction they compensated in other ways. The lagoon was right at your doorstep. Room service 10/10 House Keeping 10/10 kid Friendly 10/10 Daily Activities 10/10 Would definitely recommend to others and definitely go back.

Pretty run down and in desperate need of renovation. Bare bones room with very uncomfortable bed. The hotel was loud with people partying late at night and roosters right outside our window woke us around 4:30am. We were only here for one night, so did not choose a nicer room. But needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep.

5 of us rented a 3 bdrm garden villa, which was way bigger than we expected. Had everything we needed. Was a great time to go to Raro & Edgewater as it was a bit quieter that other times weve been
