在坦尚尼亞，我們第一次受到不熱情而熱情的工作人員的歡迎。說實話，房間並不符合我們的喜好（我們每人只有一條浴巾，就是這樣，沒有淋浴墊，床上只有床單覆蓋著床墊，然後直接是一條毯子，沒有上面的床單）。房間裡沒有吹風機，還算乾淨。 甚至晚餐也沒有讓我們滿意，特別是工作人員從來沒有回應我們的感謝，總是拿著手機，不斷地問我們是否吃完了，而實際上我們只是想安靜地吃一頓晚餐。我們只住了一晚。我感謝接待處的男孩，因為我們的接送服務沒有到達，他一大早幫我們叫了出租車，幫助我們到達機場！

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Veilig om je bagage achter te laten voor als je bvb op safari vertrekt . Propere kamers, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook als je te laat bent voor het ontbijt, krijg je alsnog hetgene je wenst. Je kan er ook dineren.

Siamo stati 2 notti. La struttura è circondata di favelas. All'interno inizialmente non sembra pessima, ed in effetti la prima delle 2 sere in cui siamo stati ospiti, la stanza non era così male. Tornati dopo 4 giorni di safari la seconda stanza era inclassificabile! Neanche un armadio. Interruttori delle luci nascosti ad arte nei punti più impensati. Letti scomodi e scarafaggio in stanza x completare l'opera. Il personale è gentile, ma tanti non capiscono l'inglese. Il giardino con piscina (sporca da non fidarsi a fare il bagno) è disposto senza senso alcuno.

Hôtel à arusha, resté dans son jus des années 1980. Certes très propres mais on sent le vécu 😅, les chambres sont satisfaisante pour y passer un nuit avant le départ d’un safari ou à son retour. Bien faire attention à ne pas être facturé 2 fois (consommations payés au bar le soir et réclamés le lendemain, jour du départ ! Le dîner du soir n’est pas ouf, pas de la grande cuisine, le petit déjeuner est quant à lui acceptable. Idéal pour un transit mais pas plus

Hôtel très propre, personnel présent en nombre, bon restaurant de plein air. Un peu bruyant en soirée pour dormir..piscine agréable avec jardin et transats, boite à TIP, parking. Pas eu de problème de vol dans la chambre. Enregistrement rapide. Spa

The blowdrying was terrible. She didn’t even finish the knots in my hairnbefore she started plaiting. I was like, ok maybe the actual braids will be better. No, they weren’t. I was doing dirty brown braids so I expected her to tuck my natural hair to the back but she didn’t. The hair parting was also very bad. I found some lines were significantly bigger than others. Anyway from mt experince I don’t commend the salon

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis. Uns wurde vom Hotel ein Fahrer für einen günstigen Preis zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Fahrer war super. Mit dem Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat alles super geklappt. Essen ist gut, Zimmer sind sauber. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

La struttura si presenta accogliente, con un giardino molto curato e personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo le camere e i bagni sono vecchi, non puliti e non manutenuti (moquette molto sporca e in pessime condizioni). La colazione e la cena proposte di scarsa qualità.

I stayed for business 3 weeks at Tulia. It is a nice, quiet, friendly Oasis in a busy city. The room was always clean. The staf is very gentle and helpfull. Special thanks to Joseph Nagira who took good care of my and always enjoyed with his knowledge of birds. Also extra thanks to the barista for serving very good coffee.

Hotel aconchegante, funcionários dedicados. Um spa onde fiz uma massagem revigorante. Bem localizado, seguro, quartos não muito grandes mas satisfatórios. Ambiente de safari. Boa internet. Bom restaurante. Muito bem decorado. Valeva pena.

We decided to leave Tulia after one night. It is called Tulia Boutique Hotel and Spa, but there is not a lot of Boutique and Spa, which is misleading. Our complaints: noisy by night, unfriendly staff at reception, food is okay but not really great, but most of all: the atmosphere is not great for relaxing. The pool faces an ugly wall, there is old furnature in the rooms, moist doesn’t leave the room easily (which makes it stuffy), and the airco didn’t work. Our conclusion: there are so many better places to stay in the neighbourhood or outside Arusha.

The Tulia has a great location off the main highway that connects Kilimanjaro International Airport with Arusha's many services, safari companies and sift access to the African Art Center and the Arusha airport. The hotel is clean, quiet and small enough to offer personalized service. We found staff to be very helpful, professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. As a couple of seniors, we felt very safe not only in the hotel but also when exploring the neighborhood. It's a vibrant local community that we enjoyed. In fact my only suggestion for improvement is that the hotel should offer a cultural walking tour, especially including the public school that is right up the hill from the hotel. I bet tourists would love some help with local shopping, as well, because this is outside the touristy T-shirt and questionable crafts area. There's even a university a few blocks away.

Reading past reviews we had been put off staying, but we are very glad we did. One can only conclude this made our stay better value ! The only negatives we had were the area beyond the hotel is pretty hectic but the place is well secured and you are not aware at all once inside the gardens. Most people are in a vehicle when arriving so it's not a thing. The second issue we had was only the second time we stayed as a bed spring was faulty , as we knew there was a very comfortable bed in another room they moved us quickly and were apologetic. Negatives over. The staff could not do more. The breakfast was well organized and lots of choice. The evening meal was beyond expectation and worth having. We had the curry and aubergine spaghetti . Our waiter was helpful as we bought a bottle of wine which he kept in the fridge for us for the next day. The bottled wine was nicer than by the glass. It would be good if they did both by the glass at different prices. The rooms are lovely and large, very clean and hot water for showers is good. They very kindly helped us in reception with printing our flight tickets which was a bonus. The staff work hard at cleaning the marble floors etc. Pool was a nice touch but a bit cool so you could not stay in long. Taxi prices a bit high from reception for local airport but Kilamanjaro a bit more in the ballpark.

Amongst the worst food I have ever tasted in the restaurant, and it wasn’t what was on the menu. The staff was incompetent, indifferent, slow to respond to requests and to clear tables in the pool area. The entire hotel had a cheap vibe and resembled that of a low budget porno.
