金冠酒店 - 阿魯沙(Gold Crest Hotel - Arusha)

Les chambres sont très spacieuses, avec cuisine et salon ! Le coin parental se ferme. Les salles de bains sont bien équipées. Il y a un peu de bruit le soir car vous êtes dans le centre d’arusha. prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles si besoin. Le salon et bar est vaste, les tables du restaurant sont assez espacées ! La nourriture est très bonne ! Les lunchs box sont très bonne ! Les enfants ont appréciés la piscine ! Le personnel est très aimable, serviable, et souriant ! Je conseil vivement cet hôtel !

The room is wow - I got the big one - a bed room with attached room, one children room with attached bath, one big kitchen and a big hall. Wow such a luxury and big space for a single business traveller. Food is more great for non vegetarians. Clean room with Very great support. Buon hotel con arredi in stile coloniale, con una minuscola piscina, colazione varia e abbondante, dolce e salata; le camere sono suite con salottino e cucina, ampie e ben tenute; personale gentile e accogliente.

Hotel in posizione centrale, ben tenuto e pulito. Le camere sono molto grandi, anzi sono dei piccoli appartamenti, costituiti da una camera, soggiorno bagno e cucina. Le dimensioni rendono il soggiorno molto confortevole. Gli arredi sono semplici, ma le camere sono dotate di tutti i confort, set di cortesia. pantofole, accappatoi, bottigliette d'acqua. Il personale è cortese e attento. La colazione è varia e anche il ristorante ha una buona scelta di piatti. Tenuto conto che Arusha è una città di passaggio prima o dopo il safari, questo hotel rappresenta una buona scelta

I questo hotel ci abbiamo dormito solo un apio d"ore per poi partire verso il safari. Camere grandi con cucina e salottino. Pulizia buona, set di cortesia buono e colazione nella media. La poscina è piccola ma credo che in pochissimi la usino visto che è davvero un hotel d'appoggio per fare i safari.

Questa è stata l'unica struttura del nostro safari a non essere un lodge ma un hotel penso a 3 stelle. Camere con cucina e soggiorno, belle grandi e con un arredamento gradevole. Il ristorante è stata una vera sorpresa. Abbiamo cenato molto bene. Riso con olio d cocco e del manzo con delle verdure. Anche la colazione è stata ricca e al buffet. Per quello che ci serviva è stata un'ottima scelta.

Un hotel descuidado y no muy limpio. Es un hoet viejo y se nota que no ha tenido mantenimiento, la alfombra muy sucia. Las habitaciones espaciosas con cocineta y la comida buena. El personal y el gerente muy amables. Con buena localización en Arusha.

A wonderful hotel with apartments as rooms. A staff very caring for us and an exceptional dinner with two buffets, one outside, the other inside and a barbecue with delicious meat! Everything was perfect!

Arrived at hotel and checked in around lunchtime, spent rest of day relaxing by pool as we were meeting our daughter and partner before going on safari the following day. We have no complaints about the room only the very poor TV reception. We had an evening meal which was good and a couple of drinks before going to bed. The following morning we arose early, sorted all our belongings out and put our passports documents and money into our hand luggage. We left the luggage in our locked room and went down for breakfast. After breakfast we went back to our room just to pick up our belonging and went to reception, paid our bill and waited for our daughter and safari guide to arrive. After they arrived our safari guide loaded our luggage into the vehicle and we set off on our adventures. Upon arrival at our safari lodge, at check in, we found out that our passports, documents and money were missing from our hand luggage. The bag had not been out of our sight for the duration of our trip from the Gold Crest. We contacted the hotel and they provided us with CCTV of the time the bags were in reception, nobody went near them. We aasked if there was CCTV covering the room area (203) and they told us no. We asked if anyone had handed anything in again they replied no. We can only assume that the documents etc, were taken whist we were at breakfast. We have emailed them more than once since arriving home but have not had a reply.
