姆裏酒店(Mvuli Hotels Arusha)

The communication beforehand was very good. The hotel arranged the airport transfer well. The accommodation was in a small street. Very nice landscaped area. The staff is very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Jonathan the manager of the hotel was always ready to solve our requests. He organized the Ngorongoro safari very well. We had a fantastic picnic in the National Park. The hotel's kitchen also performed well. The surroundings of the hotel were surprising at first, but it was safe to walk the streets. I wish you good luck. The free wifi worked well. It has a nice and clean pool with cold water. (22°C)

We have booked this place because of reviews from trip advisor and it's such nice property and more important about this place people are very friendly and they had organised a birthday party such unforgettable . Very clean and nice rooms 100% recommend.

Perfect location with comfortable rooms and nice surroundings. Hotel stuff members were very kind, pleasant and helpfull. The food was delicious. Highly recommended to stay(no only the day before and after game drive).

Dormimos dos noches en Mvuli hotel: la primera y la última noche de nuestro safari. En la medida de lo posible intentad evitarlo. Aunque las habitaciones tienen un pase, el servicio de restaurante es muy muy deficiente: desayuno muy escaso, incluyendo unas magdalenas de hace varios días y poco más y una cena lenta y en la que pidiendo el mismo plato una vez es una cosa y otra vez otra. Además el restaurante da sensación de suciedad (manteles sucios, olor no muy agradable) y la muchacha que lo atiende no tiene suficiente nivel de inglés para su puesto. La piscina estaba muy sucia también, con un color verde que no incitaba a usarla. Completamente a evitar.

Hôtel propre, avec un beau cadre, belle vue sur la piscine, beaucoup de verdure.. Le personnel est très souriant et agréable en particulier la serveuse au restaurant de l’hôtel qui été adorable. Super lieu je recommande.

Very nice and good value. Stayed 2 nights bookending safaris and got exactly what we paid for. Clean, good breakfast, good dinners, etc.

Coming back ftom the Serengeti and needed a hotel for the night on way to Zanzibar . This hotel is ideal for one or two nights. Clean. Great pool and tremendous staff. The food is excellent as well. I can recommend the hotel shod you find d yourself in Arusha and need a clean and safe hotel.

Mvuli Hotels is a lovely hotel for the price you pay and it is situated in Arusha. We stayed here for 1 night either side of our 5 day safari. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh made juice , our bags were carried to our rooms and check in was smooth with a detailed briefing by the receptionist. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and they have a guy doing maintenance everyday. You also have a pool which is nice after a hot day in the sun. You get a balcony in your room if you want to chill outside, and they also have a small TV in the room if you prefer to be inside with the AC. The room is self was to a fairly good standard . Could use some TLC in areas but nothing major, and for the price you can't really complain . I will say the bed is is quite firm so we found this a bit uncomfortable especially when lying on your side. Breakfast was included in our price too , there's some hot food you can have but we just had the fresh fruits, juice and toast during our stay. They definitely need to buy a new toaster as the staff had to do our toast for us due to the handle being broke. Also with the menu I think it's important the meals are labelled so you know if they're vegetarian, vegan and even gluten free for people with dietary requirements / intolerance. We are both Vegan and we managed to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner both times we stayed here with a little bit of explaining to the waiters/ waitresses. Food was good portion size and tasted nice too , and we appreciate they altered the dishes to suit our diet. All the staff were lovely and very friendly , always smiling and happy to help! So overall no major complaints just a bit of modernising possibly to bring it up to a high level.
