學校的招待所，房間不大，但是勝在房間價格便宜，且停車免費。英國住了18天，最便宜的酒店。後來花錢升級了房型。

The phone in the room didn’t work,
there was no offer to replace it. The mushrooms at breakfast were not cooked - I asked about them (being vegetarian) & the member of staff shrugged her shoulders. The beds were too hard & very uncomfortable. My card was debited by too much before checking out time, giving me no opportunity to check the amount charged in advance. I would definitely’pay as I go’ if I were to stay there again.
However some staff were very helpful and and the restaurant bar and spa were generally very good.

This property is extremely basic. For the price I’d expect a lot more. The beds were so uncomfortable I thought about sleeping in my car. I’m not sure what they’re made of, but I’d guess concrete. There doesn’t appear to be many people staying here, so the hotel is quiet and feels safe. The staff were super friendly and kind. I want to like it hear, but my whole body is screaming after sleeping on these beds.

Some of the staff at reception were very helpful, and took an interest. The Manager was fair and that's all you can ask for. The best part of the experience was the breakfast. As a vegetarian it was one of the best I have had, so many options. There were some problems with the service, the bar could have been more attentive, but overall it was a positive experience

Stayed here for the weekend whilst attending the radio 2 weekend. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and organised. The leisure facilities although quite a small area were adequate and clean. I dont normally eat in hotels but due to arriving late we decided to order bar snacks and the food was excellent along with the breakfast the following morning, would certainly recommend. All in all a nice stay in a friendly well ran hotel

Very convenient for University. Staff - reception, cleaning, dining and gym to a person helpful and kind.
Rooms are tired but clean. Gym needs improved - stale air needs AC or open windows and all equipment/floor a thorough clean.
