阿什維爾市中心坎布里亞酒店(Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville)

This was my first time staying at the Cambria or any Choice Hotel… and I was quite impressed! When walking into the hotel, we were kindly greeted by the staff and offered a glass of champagne. We were checked in an hour early, and our room was very clean with a fresh aroma. Our room had a great view of the city. We will definitely be staying here again for our next visit to the Land of the Sky.

The positives to this hotel was the location and the bed was comfortable. Someone did come to clean the room every day. The people at Valet were so nice, loved them. My negatives would be the bathroom shower has no door and the bathroom door it’s self is like a shower door. If someone uses the bathroom at night and turns the light on it wakes everyone up in the room. There’s not a lot of privacy since the door is glass. There’s also something going on with the plumbing, the toilet would flush properly other times it wouldn’t. I also heard another guest complain about this to the front desk. I said something to them too and it was brushed aside, so I let it go. Over all I would stay again for the location, but the functionality of the room is not practical when there’s more than one occupant.

Overall great spot in the heart of downtown Asheville. Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, great workout room. We did have some problems with the Wi-Fi and the TV was not a smart TV so could not access Netflix.

It was a wonderful stay . The moment you walk in valet parking attendants were friendly then check in was fast and they offered champagne that was a great touch even though I didn’t have any . The room was clean and very nice with a view . Very well put together. And in the 4th floor is rooftop Cuban restaurant we went every day . Very nice vibe and the servers were super nice and always came to see we needed anything. Overall I recommend this hotel and the area has lots of restaurants and shops you can walk to .

Pros: Lobby smelled great, large room (we had a double queen room), clean “hardwood” floors, free champagne upon arrival and honey jar upon checkout, friendly staff, quiet and couldn’t hear neighbors, large elevators Cons: the bed wasn’t the comfiest ever (but it was good enough for a night), toiletries provided are very basic quality

Amazing location in downtown Asheville, walkable to many shops and restaurants. Our room was very modern, clean, and had great city views. Our room was even cleaned in between nights, which I haven't seen at other hotels since Covid. Staff was friendly and the welcome champagne was a nice touch.

Modern decor in lobby and rooms is great. Very nice rooms. The staff does an outstanding job and are very helpful. The valet parking is a plus for sure. This hotel is definitely number one on our list when staying in Asheville.

New build, great location. All hardwood floors, and very loud if you get a family above you. No real lobby area to speak of. Hemingway's in the hotel was a great spot for a cocktail or meal.

We felt well taken care of the moment we set foot on the property. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a welcome glass of champagne and a beautiful room made it a great quick get away for our anniversary.
