Freundlicher Service, schöne Zimmer, geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet, ideale Lage in Charlottenburg und zu Restaurants und Galerien. Sehr gepflegter und traditionsreicher Familienbetrieb. Mein Stamm-Hotel in Berlin seit vielen Jahren.

當我閱讀大多數評論時，我的印像是我看錯電影了。旅館房間）。我的房間很小，不太迷人，電視不能用，電梯很嚇人，早上接待處的那位女士無法短暫打斷她的電話，而是讓我永遠等待退房。總而言之，一切看起來並不像描述的那樣時尚，而是奇怪地過時，不幸的是相當發黴。畢竟：這裡非常安靜，而且位於市中心。

Firstly, no welcome. Keys had to be picked up from another hotel even though we arrived mid-afternoon. The rooms did not resemble the ones on the website. It was very clean but very small with the bathroom being in a cupboard. Coffee making facilities had coffee creamer but no coffee and teabags but no milk. No staff present to request anything. On entering the breakfast room, we were met by a very stern looking lady. Breakfast room was very quiet, no atmosphere and very unwelcoming thus we walked out and found a nice coffee shop. Only plus point was the lovely staircase and interesting, old building
