This hotel has seen better days and is a bit run down. My room 605, had a piece of tile missing in the bathroom, and the shampoo dispenser was laying on the floor of the shower when I checked in. Also, breakfast is free. The coffee is decent, but the eggs and breakfast are not very good.

Stayed here one night before heading out of town. It was a comfy stay the room was clean and the nice big shower was amazing. Ample parking and easy access to Asheville and points West...

Decent room, everything looked pretty updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre but fresh and acceptable. Coffee in the breakfast room was very good, though. I would stay again.

Friendly staff, great hot tub! Was hoping for a waffle maker at breakfast, but the packaged waffles weren’t bad. Breakfast sandwiches weren’t bad, either.

Cheap, clean, great pool & spa! Highly recommended! Plenty of nearby activities and downtown Asheville is not far. Great service!

I was given a 2 room suite, suited in part for handicap access. I requested a king size room but figured that maybe this was he only king size bed left so I did not question the assignment. There were non-working lights out in both sides of the suite, The room also had a jacuzzi tub (not that I would use or want) with an apparent blood stain. In general my room was in need of attention. The party I was traveling with, their room was fully functionable and clean.

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic. Had to change our travel plans and they made it right in a New York minute. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Property is kept exceptionally CLEAN. With that said, it is showing it's age a bit - door bottoms needed a painting and more USB charging ports.For the price, a diamond in the rough !!!

Construction going on right outside our window. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Lightbulbs not working. Remote for tv was only partially working. The alarm was set the first night and we woke at 5am.

This was our second time staying at this location and it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is nothing fancy, I describe it as a high end budget hotel, but it is clean, very well staffed, and offers all the amenities that make a trip pleasant. We will definitely be staying there again.

Hard bed, flat pillows, phone in the room didn’t work. Internet was not working No hot water for 2 days The elevator light was not working so you couldn’t know what floor you where on Breakfast food was cold
