The Residences at Biltmore are perfectly located for a visit to the Biltmore Estate and to Downtown Asheville. The accommodations are spacious with all the amenities you need and very affordable. The beds are comfortable and linens are nice. The carpeting and flooring could use a deep cleaning. And be aware that you can hear upstairs neighbors, though it would not deter me from staying there again. Loved Asheville immensely and hope to return again soon. Lazoom Bus tour was a lot of fun. Enjoyed wonderful vegan meals at Plant and the Smokin Onion and Tupelo Honey for great southern cooking. Treat yourself to spa services at the Asheville Salt Cave. Asheville has it all.

The room was nice (carpet could use some deep cleaning) but the staff must really hate their job! No smiles from any of the employees at the office. Bar & restaurant was supposed to be open on Saturday night (and that was our plan for dinner & drinks) but it was closed! Would have been good if their website mentioned that.

Will definitely be back ! Everyone was friendly especially the auditor Rihanna ! She was awesome !

The room was fantastic! I arrived later at night, there was a note on the door stating that the staff was helping out customers and would be back soon. I waited no more than 4 minutes and they were there to check me in. Room was very cozy, fireplace was awesome. bed very comfortable. My only isssue was the coffee maker was broken. But a big deal.

I have stayed there a few times and I have always been happy. This time at check in, on a very nasty raining day, I was given the wrong room. I had reserved a 2 bedroom and when I got to the room it was a one bedroom. When I called I was told that I must come back and re check-in. In the pouring rain. There was no apologies. This was not the greatest start to my weekend. The level of customer service needs some work.

This was our second time staying at The Residences at Biltmore. Love the location, just minutes from the Biltmore Estate and Downtown Asheville.

Excellent location and close to everything we had planned for the weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. I love having a gas fireplace this time of year. The kitchen could use some attention (no dish towels, missing skillet, no salt/pepper, no wine opener, no paring knife- these are basics that most places with kitchens have on hand). Easy fixes to make for a more enjoyable stay.

Fabulous accommodations. Larger than a regular hotel room, but cost less than a hotel. We felt at home and will come back.
