The unit was wonderful. Great size and in wonderful condition. Very well located. Only small issue was towels were not replaced frequently and trash wasn't removed. Overall a very good place. Will stay there again.

We’ve been coming to The Residences for 9 years. It’s always a convenient and comfortable stay. The staff at check in was phenomenal. Our first room wasn’t to our liking. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, he immediately found a cleaner and more suitable room, even tho they appeared to be at capacity. The accommodation was greatly appreciated.

Was great for the value. If you go in understanding it’s more of condo/apartment feel then you can deal with some of the noise and stuff. King bed was comfy, couch and tv would be the first things I would upgrade but I would come back for the same price I paid. Great value and a lot of space with the 2 bedroom. *Fireplace in room was nice touch.

The proximity of this location to so many food, beer, and activities (including being right around the corner from the biltmore entrance) is unmatchable! Property was clean and the onsite gym was fantastic. The value of this resort in the off season was phenomenal! My only complaint was the bed but very stiff, so bring a mattress pad but that is a small price to pay for the size, location, and attentive staff!

Room was not very clean. The staff, other than the guy checking us out, were horrible. We stayed one night (room #405). Around 10:00pm I called the front desk complaining about the hair in my bed and missing blanket for the sleeping sofa. By the time the lady showed up with the blanket and 2 bed sheets ( so I can change myself), we discovered bunch of hair in the guest bathroom shower and dirty/filthy utensils in the kitchen drawer ( picture attached). When I showed the lady dirty utensils, she just acknowledged that and informed us that ( to her knowledge) the housekeeping is not responsible for cleaning dishes , only tenant..!!! If not for time constraints I would’ve asked for a refund and left. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

No blankets, no liquid soap or dish soap at kitchen sink, no microwave cookware. Not enough glasses or silverware. Cookware was very bad.

The Residences at Biltmore are perfectly located for a visit to the Biltmore Estate and to Downtown Asheville. The accommodations are spacious with all the amenities you need and very affordable. The beds are comfortable and linens are nice. The carpeting and flooring could use a deep cleaning. And be aware that you can hear upstairs neighbors, though it would not deter me from staying there again. Loved Asheville immensely and hope to return again soon. Lazoom Bus tour was a lot of fun. Enjoyed wonderful vegan meals at Plant and the Smokin Onion and Tupelo Honey for great southern cooking. Treat yourself to spa services at the Asheville Salt Cave. Asheville has it all.

Very nice two bedroom with kitchen facilities. The restaurant is excellent. Employees were great.

The room was nice (carpet could use some deep cleaning) but the staff must really hate their job! No smiles from any of the employees at the office. Bar & restaurant was supposed to be open on Saturday night (and that was our plan for dinner & drinks) but it was closed! Would have been good if their website mentioned that.

Will definitely be back ! Everyone was friendly especially the auditor Rihanna ! She was awesome !

The room was fantastic! I arrived later at night, there was a note on the door stating that the staff was helping out customers and would be back soon. I waited no more than 4 minutes and they were there to check me in. Room was very cozy, fireplace was awesome. bed very comfortable. My only isssue was the coffee maker was broken. But a big deal.

I have stayed there a few times and I have always been happy. This time at check in, on a very nasty raining day, I was given the wrong room. I had reserved a 2 bedroom and when I got to the room it was a one bedroom. When I called I was told that I must come back and re check-in. In the pouring rain. There was no apologies. This was not the greatest start to my weekend. The level of customer service needs some work.

This was our second time staying at The Residences at Biltmore. Love the location, just minutes from the Biltmore Estate and Downtown Asheville.
