Il ont facture 10 $ par jour de plus que le tarif envoye par *******, j en suis rendu a ma 3 ieme note avec expédia pour me faire rembourser, les frais de stationnement quotidien de 15$ n était pas dans la proposition d expédia, bien qu afficher sur le site de l'hôtel au bas d une 3ieme page sur le site... Manque de transparence, Daniel

Need to make sure you notify guests of the parking fee when checking in. We saw the sign but no one mentioned it at check in and I didn’t see it on the site

Amazing rooms and facilities. Sabrina made the check in process super smooth. Will stay here whenever I visit again. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice, the ladies at the front desk were friendly, rooms are clean and they had a great dark roast coffee out for breakfast. If I ever stay the night for business or pleasure I’d come back here.

The hotel was nice enough but the $75.00 pet fee for one night was a bit excessive. Every other hotel we stayed at on a six day drive across the U.S. only charged $20.00-$25.00 for the same one night stay. My fault for not checking this before booking the reservation but be forewarned! The hotel was also located where there was no on street parking nor an easy to find in the dark free parking lot. The hotel charged $15.00 to park in the garage. I feel that this should have been made clear at the time of booking and not discovered as you’re getting into the elevator to go to the lobby to check in.

We liked the easy walking access to downtown Asheville’s numerous great restaurants and the easy driving accessibility. Parking was ample and convenient in the basement. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would recommend this hotel.
