國家公園旅館(National Park Inn)

很棒的住宿、食物、房間、風景，最重要的是這裡的員工。我和我的妻子住了兩晚。進行了 3.5 英里的雪鞋徒步旅行。餐廳的食物很美味，份量很大。很好的葡萄酒選擇。我們將回來度暑假。

Nightmare to deal with. We booked 3 nights with them but due to changes in our travel plans we were unable to come on the first night-I called weeks in advance to try to change the reservation(both through them and through *******) to two nights but they told me I could not change it as they were locked in-so I just figured I’d take the loss and pay for the night we wouldn’t be there. While on the trip, I called the day prior to the start of the reservation to let them know we would be arriving a day late. I specifically asked the employee if that would be a problem or if that would potentially give up our reservation to someone else and she gave me a confident no. She told me she would alert the front desk to the change. However when we arrived we found out our reservation had in fact been turned over to someone else (for all 3 nights). They told us we had to go for a refund through *******, which I have tried to do and it was denied. I think there must have been some sort of miscommunication with whoever i spoke to and the front desk staff, but seeing as it was their mistake I should have been refunded. If their policy is to double book the room if you’re a no show(with advance notice or not) then all employees should know that and tell customers as such instead of assuring them it will be fine.

Location was good for Paradise trails/access. Our pillows were super uncomfortable so I would recommend bringing your own...super fluffy/but hard so kinked both of our necks. Also we couldn't use our bathroom sink as it leaked all over the floor from base if we did. I reported and never got fixed during stay and apparently people prior to us reported same thing...and no offer to compensate us $ back for inconvenience.Will pay a little extra to just stay at Paradise Lodge next time

Orbitz screwed us again. They wouldn’t cancel a pre our reservation within 24 hours of posting. NEVER use orbitz. They have very little rewards and the customer service is the worst I have seen. I travel for a living. I will delete my account. Use kayak or any other agency but them

The location is in the National Park at the foot of the Rainier Mountain. There are several trails with nice views just around the hotel. There is a nice view of Rainier from the porch when the sky is clear. The place is quiet and surrounded by red cedars trees.

I've been visiting this land since I was a small child with my family- delighted they have maintained it's original style and beauty!

What a great stay! Was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews...but we truly loved it. Note that we had room 8 and the private bathroom looked recently redone...other guests we talked with indicated there's was a bit different, so wouldn't hurt to check. Room was very clean, free coffee in the morning and tea in afternoon. Loved sitting in the fireplace room sipping wine and talking with folks...or you can just play a game from their game closet. We ate twice in the restaurant and had great meals...loved Delores! Saw deer grazing out the window, park ranger on site for great advice on what's accessible, grocery store has ice/snacks. So happy we chose National Park Inn vs Paradise as it gets to be a zoo up there.

Great setting with beautifully done buildings blending into the forest environment. Room was small and very typical of National Park lodgings…nice plaid wool blanket and custom drapery set off an otherwise plain room, which is okay in a nature environment. Handicapped bathroom was roomy. No wifi or TV. Enjoyed the public living room with huge fireplace and jigsaw puzzles and games for your quiet evening. And loved the covered porches! Very nice general store and gift shop attached to main building. Would recommend but wish they served breakfast.

It’s beautiful! Nice view! We didn’t have to pay the entrance fee of national park as it was late and it’s in the national park! We had a really great sleep! No internet! But the area looks awesome.
