Stayed at Premier Inn for one night in August. The staff where really lovely and helpful, our room was very spacious and this must be a new hotel as our bathroom was spotless. The full length mirror was a bit much, but overall the room was lovely and it was not to small. The hotel is located next to a number of restaurants (KFC, MCD's, Burger King, Subway, Frankie and Benny's) and a cinema. The only downside was we paid for Breakfast in the Beefeater next door, and this was really disappointing. We ordered one full breakfast and one continental. The full English was really poor, the bacon was torn up and really small and the scrambled eggs were runny, my partner did not enjoy it at all. The Continental was just cereal, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, fruit and toast in a self serving capacity. I was expecting meats and other items, but I made do with some croissants. Like I side the hotel is lovely, but you could probably get a better breakfast at one of the other places on site.

Room was fine overall but a whirring noise (it wasn’t the bathroom fan either) was really prominent all night. Couldn’t figure it out and it kept me awake for a while. A shame as the room was great otherwise. Beefeater next door needs a deep clean, I’m afraid. Sticky floors in places and some grubby tables. They were also awaiting a delivery and several food items in the evening and at breakfast were unavailable. That said, Teresa, our server, went above and beyond to try and rectify this in the morning at breakfast. She was lovely. Very caring. She saved it really. Wanted to thank her.

作為伴娘度過了漫長的一天后，需要一張床過夜。在這樣一個深夜從阿什福德前往吉林厄姆是一段漫長的旅程。起初，郵政編碼把我們送到了商業園的另一邊，把我們送到了 Travel Lodge，所以，我用了把我們送到 Premier Inn 另一邊的整個地址。停車場不是很好，主要是因為70%的車輛都是麵包車，不能直接停，其他車也一樣，所以停車位有限。房間很豪華（符合我的口味），床又大又舒適，唯一的就是淋浴，有點難以弄清楚。我會打開它，然後調整溫度，然後壓力會下降。除此之外，我睡著了，除了男朋友整晚都在抽搐。

這是一家非常好的Premier Inn。良好的位置良好的停車快速友好的入住和退房。非常乾淨舒適的房間。很安靜。步行距離內有很多餐飲選擇。總體印象和體驗是一家裝飾精美、乾淨整潔、經營良好的客棧。

不用擔心好的住宿，只擔心午餐和晚餐時間關閉，房間非常乾淨舒適，工作人員友好而樂於助人。晚上睡得很好，很安靜。輕鬆入住和退房。

All good, as expected, quiet night, clean room and comfy bed, shower gel, hairdryer, tea & coffee provided. Lots of places to eat in the area, close to M20. Easy to park, friendly staff, fast check in would stay again.

Amy is so helpful and happy it wears off on you she is a blinder also Isaac’s a very competent worker who has helped us with our business so I would like to thank them both very much and I am very thankful for their help, smile and the whole world smiles with you
