Hotel worked great for my family for our stay. Only issue we had was at check in. Not a huge deal but nothing was ready when we got there, even though i filled everything out beforehand. Not a major problem, but we were tired and just wanted to get some rest. Person behind the desk was very apologetic.

Hot Breakfast could use some more options. Fresh waffles are nice but if you're staying more than 1 night the breakfast needs an update.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was quiet & very clean, the staff was friendly. The only very minor problem was when the fan on the heater first starts would squeak, but was short lived. Would like to have a sink in the bathroom itself too. Would maybe be helpful to have one sink in bathroom & one outside of bathroom. A chair in bathroom could possibly be helpful, especially for someone a little older for drying off. Otherwise the stay was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I liked the location which was convenient for my particular needs. But the hotel is way past its prime and golden years. The first room we received at the lobby was just horrible - it smelled really, really bad like cigarettes and dirty socks and we just refused it. The second room we got was much better, not smelly, but still showed age at various areas. Breakfast was Ok, but nothing to write home about. I just want to say that we stayed at numerous hotels throughout the years, but this one was a little disappointment.

Arrived to our room - no toilet paper or Kleenex. Had to go to desk to request. Cigarette bits on the stairs to our room. No bottle opener/corkscrew in our room - desk did not have any - suggested we go to the Dollar Store to buy one.

Was glad to get a room within reasonable distance to Bayfield, although pricey. Mattress was uncomfortable with no cushion. Room was stuffy. Started out the stay with the remote not working for the tv. Front desk was quick to fix by moving us to another room. That tv worked briefly but then was unable to change channels or get a picture, only menu showed but had volume.I was too tired to go again to complain. Did let staff know in the morning but they basically shrugged shoulders. Overheard several others complaining about various things regarding their stay also.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone

The staff on check in was polite and check in was very prompt. The room was large and comfortable. Hotel was clean. Only downside was the price of the hotel, was expensive.
