Close to the interstate, very dated and worn elevator carpet look to be original and could use replacement ceiling in my room had water damage that had not been repaired there was no shampoo in my room just body lotion and conditioner. Desk chair was threadbare. But the sheets were clean very firm mattress but was not all sagged like they get when they are old, plug in on the lamp by the bed didn't work (about overslept as phone didn't charge) breakfast was pretty good. It was adequate for what I needed but definitely not a upscale place. But the Hampton across the street was over $100 more a night.

Pool was closed. WiFi was down. Ran out of breakfast food. Furniture was old and worn out. Won’t be staying here anytime soon nor would I recommend.

I stay here once a month or so. The facility is well past worn out and dilapidated. The staff are friendly and things are clean for the most part. However, lately the complimentary breakfast is cold and/or possibly recycled from the previous day. This trip the coffee was cold and on day 2, empty. And that was at 8:00 AM. I’m not fussy about much, but if you can’t even provide ice and hot coffee, you have serious problems. Unfortunately, Hampton Inn across the street is twice the cost so this is the best you’ll get for this price point in Ashland.

If possible, I would give this s.hole a zero. Dirty and disgusting. Our towels stunk like cigarette smoke. Breakfast? Forget it - better to outside and chew on some bark

This accommodation had many issues. The check-in staff nearly double charged me for the room but I told him that i had already paid for it. THEN, he looked at the paper invoice and said "oh, yeah." The room furnishings were deplorable. The headboard had been battered in on the left side. Furniture had chunks out of it. Dusting had not occurred especially on the bed lamps. I could make a line in the dust with my finger. There was a dead fly on the bathroom floor. The carpeting was worn and dirty. The elevator carpeting was the same along with the hallways. This place needs a major overhaul and upgrade. There was a bus of college kids there for a track meet. Despite having prior notification, the hotel was NOT prepared and ran out of many basics such as orange juice and food. The food manager was inappropriately making faces and rolling eyes at the number of people in the eating area. She was obviously not prepared or not told of the large number of people who would be at breakfast. I would definitely NOT recommends this as a place to stay.

We were in town overnight for an event at Ashland College. It was easy and quick to check in our room was clean and comfortable and we were on our way the next day.

The first room we checked into smelled like smoke so we had to switch rooms. The second room had the heat turned up all the way and it was 85 degrees when we entered the room. It took a couple of hours to get it to a comfortable temperature.

It’s very clean it might have wear and tear but it’s still very nice arcade area was great liked playing pool… it’s sooo worth the money I’ll definitely be staying again

I stay here often because the only other hotel in town to consider costs twice as much. A few of the staff are friendly, the manager is rude, the facilities are worn out but clean enough for the cost. Very few things to do or restaurants in town. It is what it is.
