舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites)

Siamo entrati nella camera assegnataci e non era stata pulita dopo l'ospite precedente! Abbiamo chiesto ovviamente un'altra ma il receptionist era probabilmente drogato da come si muovevva e parlava (erano le 22) e ci ha detto che l'hotel era pieno e noneaveva camere! dopo varie discussioni surreali per fortuna è arrivato il suo cambio e il nuovo receptionist ci ha asegnato una camera. Per qainto riguarda la struttura è vecchia e maleodorante, le camere trasandate come anche le parti comuni. Non cpaisco proprio il rating dato a questa struttura, mne ho visti di Comfort inn e per questo lo avevo scelto, sono semplici ma dignitosi... eccetto questo!

Das Hotel macht einen guten und sauberen Eindruck. Der Checkinn war gut, schnell und freundlich. Der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Das Frühstück wäre gut gewesen, aber der Service schlecht.

The property was clean and quiet. I particularly liked that there was coffee and tea available all the time.

******* advertises this hotel as having an EV charger at the property. That is why I booked it (I drive an EV). In fact, the hotel does not have an EV charger, has not had one in years, and there are no off-site EV chargers within walking distance of the hotel. They told me they have no control over what ******* says about them. I had to change plans and stay at a different hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our tv wouldn’t work and she came right up to fix. The only other issue was bathroom light wouldn’t turn off. Just closed the door so light didn’t disturb our sleep.

Our bathroom in room 225 was extremely dirty. We lifted the toilet seat and there were stains that looked like diarrhea. The shower head was completely grimy and the bar where the curtain for showering is held up was so unstable and it didn’t feel safe to put our towels there. I took pictures of everything. I am completely dissatisfied with my stay here.

The hotel was clean and safe. Very comfortable beds and nice room amenities. Small fee for pet stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for other travelers.

We had a problem with our room, in that the toilet seat was falling off, missing one of the screws to hold it in place. Not only is this unacceptable, but it means their cleaning crew did not report it and possibly never even noticed it. That means they did not sanitize the bathroom. We asked to change rooms but they were sold out that night, they claimed. However, the next day, the clerk immediately offered to change our room. Otherwise, the rooms we had were fine, though a bit worn compared to other Comfort Inns.

Pool too cold...hot tub too hot...spent 10 nights...water level in pool dropped over a foot in that time...tells me no one maintaining or cleaning it...smelled foul in pool room itself...never had towels in pool area available...1 inch thick layer of calcium buildup on shower head had to scrub off to use...tiles falling off the walls...hallways smelled like gas all the time when stepping out of room...no TV service the entire stay...only good thing was breakfast and the young lady working the front desk during the day....will not be staying there again anytime soon
