水晶酒店(Crystal Hotel)

L'hotel è vicinissimo al centro. La stanza è semplice, ma necessiterebbe di molta manutenzione. Non c'è acqua, occorre telefonare ogni volta in reception, per far pompare l'acqua, diversamente non è disponibile. Le ragazze in recpetion, salvo la signora che parla italiano, non sono cosi cortesi. Il wifi non funziona. Noi eravamo al 3' piano. I stayed at this hotel (Crystal Hotel) from September 21 to 26, 2022. It is my very best experience I had at this Hotel. From day one the customer service at the reception desk was very worm respectful greetings. My room was very clean and comfortable. Not only my room the whole building is very clean and spotless. My staying in Crystal Hotel was short and relaxing time. The restaurant in the hotel was great. Verity types of food, hot and cold drinks was amazing. Staff were very helpful for everything I ask for. They were very skillful and experienced at their work. I feel very blessed staying at Crystal Hotel and I am very proud to have this kind of experience at this hotel in my own country - Eritrea, Asmara. Thanks Crystal Hotel. A. Hagos

Being a visitor for the first time to Asmara, the hotel service is extremely bad. I booked a room for about a week. It says on the website the hotel has a free breakfast and a Wi-Fi, to my surprise, non of these services existed. Customer service was really bad. We weren’t treated with respect. This was the worst experience we have seen in our life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I have to stay this is the best hotel is Asmara. Electricity is scarce in Eritrea, however there was electricity running 24/7. Hot water was also available all day. Staff were very attentive and friendly. It is a clise walk to the city centre. Rooms very spacious and very clean.

The property staff and space was excellent. Helpful staff and very clean. It was so safe and many places to see by foot! Beautiful city and we were right at the core.

Great location in the heart of Asmara, walkingdistanceto almosteverythingtou want to see in the city. Definitely try to get a room with a front balcony overlooking the Customs Building across the street and the Embassy of Türkiye to the right (I had room 201). Wi-Fi is available (but expect a very slow connection). Included breakfast is good, made to order omelet with strong coffee and fresh juice. Hot water in the shower and bathroom, small mini-fridge, comfortable bed, very friendly English-speaking reception, make for a good mid-range budget option. I booked and prepaid on *******, making it hassle free once in Asmara, and saving my cash for the restaurants and bars in Asmara. Reception can change USD at the normal government rate 15 nakfa to 1 USD. I actually walked to and from the airport, and it takes about one hour. Don't miss Ghibabo Restaurant nearby for 15 nakfa Asmara beer and traditional food like kitfo (tasty pizzas, too). Recommended hotel!
