布里斯班北部舒適酒店(Comfort Inn North Brisbane)

The pool was the whole reason we booked this property over others. The pool was full of debris, you could not see the bottom of it and it was slimy and cloudy. I told the desk staff who said it would be addressed. It was not. Other guests were also unhappy about this. We had the family room.The room walls are not sound proofed. So bad we could hear our neighbours open a can of beer! Even speaking at a normal level sounded like the were in our room and their tv kept us away for hours

The property is not the same property advertised. I arrived around 8:30 pm. Once I got there the office was closed and a sign states they closed at 7pm, instead of 10 pm as my booking stated. The area, office, and property was dark and I was alone in a foreign country. I was advised call a number for the night manager. I had to call off of my Uber driver's phone since I have from the U.S. and did not have international calling. I spoke to man on the phone who pressured me into taking a picture of my ID and credit card. I did not feel comfortable texting that information to a stranger so I decided to ask a taxi driver that was driving by take me back to the airport. As I was getting in the taxi a man came running from the dark and tried to stop me from getting in the taxi. I was afraid. The taxi pulled off and I had to stay the night in the airport.

We were staying in room 39 and found this room absolutely disappointing and appalling. Firstly, the room number outside the room is not displayed well with half of number 9 missing. Secondly, the room and equipment were intact however, it seemed the carpet had not been vacuumed before we checked in. Don’t think it was being vacuumed throughout the duration of our stay being 3 days. The bathroom tiles were dirty and reeked of sewerage smell. We reported this issue to management and there’s no denying that they promptly tried to address this. Unfortunately, despite the good customer service, it was only a temporary resolve of the issue. They had offered us to cancel the room but given the Easter long weekend, it was a challenge trying to find another accommodation and we therefore had no choice but to tolerate the room. Management had promised to temporarily mask the smell through bleach spraying on a daily basis whilst we were staying there, however this did not help with our comfort. On our second last day of our stay, management failed to continue to provide the service they had promised and so my partner and I had to tolerate our last days with the stench in the bathroom. I also had to squash a cockroach in the kitchen. Lastly, partner and I discovered what may have been bodily fluids marking on one of the armchairs. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with our stay. Never again. Pls address these issues for a better stay for the next people you’re going to put in there

I had to ask for a sheet for the bed. It originally only had one sheet on the mattress. The bin still had rubbish in it from before me.

The motel room was very clean and spacious had everything we needed.The room was very quiet no out side noises we had a good night sleep. And very friendly staff. 10/10

We stayed 3 nights here and found it ideal for our requirements. Close to our relatives and convenient for the airport and local shops and Australia Zoo (1 HR drive)

The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing as were the reception staff. The only downside we had was Netflix not working which we would have liked at the end if a hard day renovating with our kids. The cleaner we had had was exceptional and deserves a bonus for friendliness, help was and customer service. Thank you for your hospitality.
