伯緹酒店(Hotel Berti)

Location deliziosa, personale squisito e pronto ad ogni richiesta o informazione, abbiamo soggiornato due notti in un hotel senza nessun problema, parcheggio a pochi metri, basilica di San Francesco a cento metri e centro storico a 200. Sinceramente non capisco le lamentele per camere e piccole e bagno piccolo ! Siamo ad Assisi in pieno centro storico dove ogni abitazione è piccola ! La pulizia e la gentilezza non sono mancate e questo è quanto mi interessa, colazione semplice e abbondante. L'hotel chiude alle 21 ma si hanno le chiavi di ingresso ed è possibile tornare a qualsiasi ora. Il viaggiatore che vuole definirsi tale non deve mai dimenticare di adattarsi al luogo in cui soggiorna anzi, da questo dovrebbe trarne insegnamenti sulle caratteristiche della località e farne tesoro. un hotel con la reception che chiuide alle 19 già dice tanto sulla gestione dell'albergo. l amia amica ha prenotato una doppia per una notte e per la notte successiva sarei rimasta sola. mi volevano far pagare la camera come se fossimo state in due. la recptionist scortese e maleducata. il titolare che ha cercato di dare giustificazioni telefonicmente è risultato scortese e sgarbato nel trovare una soluzione. morale sono scappata dopo la prima notte. esperienza pessima e sono una che di alberghi ne gira tanti durante l'anno.

Hotel senza troppe pretese. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La reception, le camere e la struttura vecchiotte ma tutto pulito. La colazione presenta tutto quello che serve. È comunque sia un due stelle ma molto meglio di tanti 3 o 4 stelle.

Simply…we will stay here again! Helpful and friendly staff, or room was incredibly comfortable, neat and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very nice with very good coffee.

A delightful family run hotel. Lovely terrace area out front where excellent breakfast is served and where you can get drinks served during the day. Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They also run a restaurant further up the town which is superb with the best views you could wish for. A perfect hotel and a perfect stay.Great value for money.

Lovely little hotel. Good access as its next to one of the city gates. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. It is positioned nearer the bottom end of the city but you end up walking up or down the hills wherever you are. Nice seating area outside where you can eat the breakfast or get drinks from the bar during the day. They are affiliated with a fantastic restaurant (le terrazze di properzio) which I would highly recommend.

Hotel Berti is a precious jewel in the heart of everything we went to Assisi for Peace Relaxation and Beauty the staff was welcoming and professional assisting us in every way we needed, yet not imposing we enjoyed every moment of our stay. And when a change in plans happened Hotel Berti helped us by allowing us to stay on an extra night which delighted us!

What a charming place to stay! Just a short walk to the Basilica right by the entrance to the walled city: extraordinarily convenient and absolutely charming. The breakfast was excellent and the owners delightful. Their restaurant Le Terrazze di Properzio was equally superior and the meal was one of our best in Italy!!

We really enjoyed this place. Although it was hard to find at first. Part of that was due to our first time in Italy and not realizing how hotels are tucked away. Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great location.
