雅典 - I-65 希爾頓歡朋套房酒店（亨茨維爾區）(Hampton Inn & Suites Athens/I-65 (Huntsville Area))

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast selections were sufficient and I was pleased to see that bacon was available rather than sausage!

Great one night stay. They were doing renovations on the third floor, but not at night or early morning. Nice clean room. Friendly staff.

If I could upload the pictures I took, people would not stay here. This is the second poor experience at this hotel.

Made reservations earlier in the afternoon, made it to the hotel around midnight. Checked in- go to the room and there was a man in our room! As a mom traveling with a teenage daughter, huge huge issue. The man was asleep on the sofa, never woke up, he was snoring pretty good. Went to the front desk while the clerk tried to sort out the issue. There was no one checked into the room and said it was probably one of the renovations crew. The hotel was “sold out.” So the clerk changed our room to a lesser room, had originally booked double queen with pull-out sofa etc, a suite. The room we got was not a suite, just two beds. Instead of having us continue to wait, she let us into the room with her master key. The bathroom needed more attention. Dirt, hair, and standing water stains on the floor in the corners, dirt along the edges of the floor as well as on the baseboard ledges. There was a mis-cutting of the tile around the shower on handle- a 1/4” gap between the plate and tile on the left side. In the morning I went down for breakfast and to talk to the front desk. Grabbed food and went back to my room, the key doesn’t work. Go back downstairs to talk to the clerk. He said there’s nothing he could do about the room, it was sold out last night. He was baffled that I was still listed in room 325, not 317. He first said he would just refund the room, then he back tracked and said he’d get in trouble and offered a discount. Key still wasn’t working when I checked out.

I'm disabled due to a stroke and check in clerk wanted me to pay extra for a walk in shower. I think that is against the ADA. Property is very old and dated.

The lady that checked us in was rude. We even tried to make polite conversation with her and she completely ignored us. She just handed us our room card with no information or instructions for our Wi-Fi password or even anything about our stay or room number. I’ve never been treated that way at what should be a nice upscale hotel. About the room….there was a leak in the bathroom, bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were too small for the king size bed and kept coming off. Plus you may want to stay on the top floor because you can hear every time someone moves above you. I think someone was training for a marathon above us!! Overall I will never stay here again when traveling through Alabama. For the price we payed I feel like we were ripped off!!

We will definitely stay here again. It had a very comfortable bed, good hot breakfast and very friendly staff.

Good stay. We only needed the room for one night. My only issue is the shower handle was broken and kept falling. Also there was a second hole in the door for a peephole but it was not like the original hole, anyone could look in from outside and see into our room.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice and relaxing. Unfortunately i cannot give a 5star only because it advertised heated pool and it wasn't 😫. More like ice pool. I was looking forward to my day at the pool.
