Excellent and the service is perfect, staff is very nice! The location is good near the bus station and 10 min walk from metro station, I would come back to it.

Tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Gleich neben dem Hotel gibt es ausreichend öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber für den Preis ok. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Top! Es gibt alles, was man zum Frühstücken braucht um den Tag gut beginnen zu können. Gerne wieder

I visited Athens to attend a conference. B4B Athens 365 Hotel is a perfect place in affordable price, have lovely and welcoming hosts and receptionists. They also have rooftop garden for the breakfast buffet, which was perfect. Lift is present contrary to few review I read before travelling that lift is not there, but Lift is present. Airport transport is available on request and charged. 2 minute walk to the bus stop and 15mins metro bus ride to Tourist hotspot. While 30-35 minutes walk to the Monastiraki Square. Best for those who are travelling for conference near a 5 star hotels. Would highly recommend. Love from Pakistan!

Great property with friendly staff. I got free bottle of wine in the room as a VIP guest and I could see The Acropolis when I opened my eyes from my bed. The breakfast and roof top terrace is charming.

The room arrangement layout is poorly designed. If one person leave the room and take the key, everyone left behind will have to sit in the dark. Room electrity does not work without the key.

The hotel is OK to stay for a few nights. The stuff is friendly and the breakfast on the rooftop is really nice! The downside is a noise (no soundproof at all), no windows (except the smoking balcony), small spacing and the room looks a bit outdated. If you like to walk a lot to burn the calories - the location is decent!

Beetje rare, onder een trap verstopte, kleine receptie met wel heel vriendelijk personeel en ruimte voor twee stoeltjes om even te wachten indien nodig. Hadmeer weg vaneen selfservice budget hotel. Kleine kamers met amper ruimte om je koffer neer te leggen. Wel zicht op de Akropolos, maar zover weg, dat je je beste verrekijker moet meenemen. Sanitair is schoon en daarmee is het ook wel gezegd. Er zijn betere opties in Athene

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a BUNCH of construction going on. Workers were directly outside our door. We were on the 5th floor which was nice, and had a great view of the acropolis. But for being in the process of renovations, our room was either still being updated, or partially done with lots of flaws. The window did not lock fully. The touch-code lock didn't work (had key). The 'rainfall' shower head was just a regular head mounted on the ceiling, but it was full of hard water deposits & sprayed randomly in the shower. The lighting in the shower was an LED *****, but it was coming off the wall. The 2 USB outlets in the room did not work. There was a bug in my water glass. The TV did have netflix thought. We requested another room as we needed the USBs to charge our electronics. We were put in the same room directly below on the 4th floor. The kitchenette was fully finished in this room, the shower head was the same but newer or cleaned. 1 of the 2 USBs worked which we made due with. The TV did not have netflix set up and everything was in greek except for BBC. The breakfast with the hotel was in the adjoining cafe. It was absolutely delicious!! The area was close to a prometric testing center, the reason we went to athens. The area itself was ok, not great (compared with the center of athens). There was easy access to the metro and a bus stop right out on the main road which was very helpful. It was a suitable place for our needs, but not likely to return.
